Braverman Jo-Ann Introduce

Welcome to the platform for Nearby Lawyers. If you are a local user in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, seeking legal representation, Braverman Jo-Ann has an office located at 1500 Walnut St # 21. While information regarding the firm's environment and specific services is not detailed in the provided data, it is important for potential clients to consider all available feedback when making a decision about legal representation. Law offices typically aim to provide a professional setting for client consultations and legal work; however, the client experiences shared below offer direct insights into communication and service aspects of this particular practice.

Based on the available customer reviews, a significant concern raised by multiple individuals pertains to the responsiveness and communication practices of Braverman Jo-Ann. One reviewer explicitly states that this lawyer "does not return anyone’s calls in a timely fashion or even at all," claiming to have left over 30 missed calls and voicemails without a response. This lack of communication is a serious concern for any individual seeking legal assistance, as timely and consistent communication is often crucial for understanding the progress of a case and addressing any urgent matters. The reviewer strongly advises potential clients not to be represented by this attorney due to these communication issues.

Adding to these concerns, the same reviewer alleges that Braverman Jo-Ann "gives out confidential information to the wrong party without a care in the world," further stating that such action is against the law. This is an extremely serious accusation, as the confidentiality of client information is a fundamental principle of the attorney-client relationship and a legal and ethical obligation for lawyers. If these allegations are accurate, they would represent a significant breach of professional conduct and could have severe consequences for clients.

The reviewer also expresses disappointment, stating, "I hate that they allow people like her to represent our people," and suggests that "race definitely plays a big part in this." This is a subjective statement based on the reviewer's personal experience and perception. It is important to acknowledge this sentiment as part of the feedback received, but it is also crucial to maintain objectivity and recognize that individual experiences can vary, and such claims would require further substantiation to be considered factual on a broader scale.

Another reviewer also expresses significant dissatisfaction with the communication from Braverman Jo-Ann. This individual states that they had only one prior contact despite being told that the attorney should have contacted them months prior regarding a case she was being paid to handle. The reviewer indicates that they had to initiate contact themselves, which contradicts the expectation that the representing attorney would maintain proactive communication. Furthermore, this reviewer claims that Braverman Jo-Ann left messages demanding the removal of the negative review as a prerequisite for communication, implying a problematic approach to addressing client concerns.

This second reviewer explicitly states their intention to bring these communication issues and the alleged demand to remove the review to the attention of the courts and the city agency that employs Braverman Jo-Ann. This indicates a high level of dissatisfaction and a belief that the conduct is unprofessional and warrants official attention. The timeline provided by this reviewer suggests a significant delay in communication, with the case allegedly being assigned in June and the client having to reach out in October for the first contact.

Considering these two customer reviews, a clear pattern of concern emerges regarding Braverman Jo-Ann's communication practices and, in one instance, a serious allegation about the mishandling of confidential information. While these are individual experiences and do not represent a comprehensive overview of all clients' interactions, they are significant pieces of feedback that potential local users should carefully consider. As an objective introduction based on the available information, it is our responsibility to present these concerns as they have been expressed by individuals who have interacted with this legal professional.

Given the nature of the feedback, it is challenging to identify positive "features" or "promotional information" in the traditional sense. Instead, the prominent feature highlighted by these reviews is a significant lack of communication and alleged unprofessional conduct. For local users in Philadelphia seeking legal representation, this information serves as a critical point of consideration. While the office is located at 1500 Walnut St # 21 and can be reached at (215) 751-0322 or +1 215-751-0322, potential clients should weigh these communication concerns heavily when deciding whether to engage Braverman Jo-Ann for their legal needs. It would be prudent to seek further information or consider alternative legal counsel to ensure effective and ethical representation.

In conclusion, based on the customer reviews available online, Braverman Jo-Ann, an attorney with an office in Philadelphia, PA, has received significant negative feedback regarding a lack of timely communication, failure to return calls, and, in one instance, a serious allegation of disclosing confidential information inappropriately. These concerns should be carefully considered by local users seeking legal representation. While the provided address and phone number offer contact information, potential clients are strongly advised to proceed with caution and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging Braverman Jo-Ann for their legal matters, potentially seeking additional references or considering alternative legal counsel to ensure their needs are met with professionalism and effective communication.

This lady does not return anyone’s calls in a timely fashion or even at all. I’m not understanding how you have over 30 missed calls and voicemails stating the nature of the call and you just refuse to return people’s calls. Please do not let her represent you. She gives out confidential information to the wrong party without a care in the world. That is against the law if anything she should know first hand. I hate that they allow people like her to represent our people. Race definitely plays a big part in this. Well Ms. council woman since you don’t like answering your raggedy phone you will be hearing from my lawyer very soon.Just retire already.

I will not remove my review, and I'm far from mental. I will let the courts know that I have never had contact with you but one time. When I have been told that you should have made contact with me months ago I should not make contact with you about a case you are being paid to do. Every other advocate I have had I have NEVER been disappointed with them and I have been doing this for years. You calling leaving messages you will not speak with me until I remove my review and I must be mental. I will bring this message along with me to court and let the other agency or the city that employees you What type of person you are. I dont need to speak with you because there's other city officials I can and will speak with first thing in the morning. You have a bless day no need to return my call now. And you are right I spoke with you in October once and this case was given to you in June and I had to contact you, you NEVER contact me.

I met JoAnn 15+ years ago when going through an awful custody process. JoAnn took over my case and handled it with the upmost professionalism while always staying friendly with my children and myself. She was always available for us no matter the day or time. She stood by me and worked hard for my children and me while it seemed the world was against us. I am very fortunate that I never lost a battle, my kids have been and remain with me. I, know am even more pleased to say that she's not only been an incredible professional part of our lives but she's also a friend. She continues to stay in touch with my family and has been there to help and support us. I am very comfortable in recommending her.
