If I could give Keith S. Barnett, Esq. 0 stars I would. He literally wasted months of my time without communicating with me and providing updates. I felt like he was stalling my case and sided with the Landlord’s attorney because he wasn’t satisfied with the original terms of our retainer agreement. I couldn’t make this up if I wanted to. He didn’t have any intentions of working my case and completely disregarded it when he was forced to work beyond sending out a letter. In my opinion he was aimless, lackadaisical, unintentional and most notably, deceitful. He would have conversations with the Landlord’s attorney and wouldn’t even inform me. It took him months to have a conversation with the Landlord’s attorney and when he finally did, whatever he negotiated was the result of a significantly low settlement offer.

Great service！Mr. Barnett help us to slove all legal issues. The assistant is also patient and kind. Mr. Barnett is trustable and professional. He guided us step by step during the process. I recommend him so much for all legal issues regarding immigration，injury and real state etc. Btw，his assistant also speaks Mandarin. It is helpful for friends who speaks Mandatin.

I would NOT recommend this Law firm, I spoke to Keith to schedule an appointment for a certain day, transferred me to a lady and she said she got it scheduled for a Friday, I left work early to go and when I arrived he wasn’t even there and all of his secretaries had no idea about the appointment, they said that they didn’t have me or my husband on the schedule which was extremely frustrating. I managed to speak to a paralegal not an attorney that day, who informed me about prices and requirements for my procedure and told me to call back and schedule an appointment once I had gathered everything, I called twice today and the first time they told me that they were on lunch and to call back at 2pm and ask for Katherine, I called back after 2pm, got transferred to 3 different people had to explain everything to all 3 of them and none of them understood me or had a clue, after 15 minutes on the phone with these people and getting absolutely no where, I proceeded to inform them that I was NOT interested in that Law firm handling my case and that they were extremely unprofessional and messy. DO NOT COME HERE! IT’S A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND RESPECT TOWARDS THE CLIENT. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED.
