Carmen Arce and her team are incredible! The journey wasn’t easy, especially when migrating to the best country in the world. I have been working as software engineer for over 35 years. Thanks to a good friend, I had the opportunity to sell privately developed software within my own company founded in Miami. Unfortunately, the work visa issue was hampering the development of the business locally. After several months of unsuccessful attempts to obtain a visa, my friend recommended me to contact "Arce Emigration Law". After a short meeting with Carmen, I felt that I had found the right partner. Giorgio and especially his assistant Martina helped me gathering all necessary documents. Once all the documents were sent to the embassy, it took about two weeks for the interview invitation to be sent to me and less than six weeks for the family visa to be issued. It exceeded all my expectations and I thank everyone who was involved in this process.

Carmen and her team are exceptional. My husband had gotten a DUI in 2017 and also was stopped by the police various times with a suspended drivers license. He ended up getting deported in 2019.I researched various lawyers and she was the only one that had told me that there was a chance of my husband getting back into the US. In June of 2020 we initiated the immigration process with Carmen’s team. Our I-130 was approved by Octoberof that year. We then started the waiver process which was approved in November of 2023. My husband stepped foot in the US with a visa in the beginning of 2024 and exactly 30 days after he received his green card.
