Information regarding the specific office environment of American Disability Advocates, Inc. is not extensively detailed. The location at 211 E 43rd St in New York City suggests accessibility for individuals in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. The two provided client reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the client experience, which can provide some insight into the firm's operational style and client interactions.
Based on the available client reviews, American Disability Advocates, Inc. specializes in assisting individuals with Social Security Disability claims. One review explicitly mentions helping a client who had been in a "constant battle with SSA for 3 years" and had been repeatedly denied despite significant medical documentation and inability to work. The client attributes their approval at the hearing directly to the services of American Disability Advocates, Inc. This strongly suggests that the firm focuses on representing individuals seeking Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits from the Social Security Administration. Their services likely include assisting with the initial application process, handling appeals of denied claims, and representing clients at administrative hearings before an Administrative Law Judge.
The provided information includes two distinct and contradictory reviews from individuals who have interacted with American Disability Advocates, Inc. One review offers a highly positive account of the firm's effectiveness and the compassionate support received. The client expresses immense gratitude, stating that the firm helped them get approved for disability benefits after a lengthy and frustrating process. They specifically highlight the relief of no longer having to depend on others for income or attempting to work despite their medical limitations. This review portrays American Disability Advocates, Inc. as a dedicated and successful advocate for those struggling with the SSA.
In stark contrast, the second review describes a "rude and unprofessional experience." This reviewer states that they never even spoke to an attorney and were subjected to a "screening" process. They express frustration with having to repeatedly explain their situation while recovering from major surgery and battling with SSD. The reviewer's request for an attorney consultation was reportedly denied with the response "we don’t do that." This feedback raises concerns about the firm's initial client intake process and the perceived lack of direct access to an attorney in the early stages.
Given these conflicting accounts, it is challenging to definitively characterize the typical features of American Disability Advocates, Inc. based solely on these reviews. However, we can note the following points:
- One client found the firm to be incredibly helpful and effective in securing Social Security Disability benefits after a prolonged struggle with the SSA.
- Another client reported a negative experience characterized by rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a denial of an attorney consultation during the initial contact.
- The firm appears to have a screening process for potential clients, which may be perceived differently by individuals depending on their circumstances and expectations.
It is important for potential clients to consider these differing experiences when evaluating American Disability Advocates, Inc. The contrasting feedback suggests that individual interactions and outcomes may vary. While one client experienced significant success and compassionate service, another reported a negative and frustrating initial contact. Therefore, prospective clients should approach with awareness of these different perspectives and consider their own needs and preferences regarding the intake process and direct attorney access.
Regarding promotional information, the positive review serves as a powerful testimonial, effectively promoting the firm's ability to help clients win their Social Security Disability cases. The heartfelt gratitude and the description of the firm as "God sent" strongly suggest a high level of client satisfaction in at least some instances. However, the negative review may counteract this positive impression for some potential clients. There are no specific promotional offers or guarantees mentioned in the provided text. Individuals interested in the services of American Disability Advocates, Inc. should contact them directly to inquire about their consultation process, fees, and how they can assist with their specific Social Security Disability claim.
In conclusion, American Disability Advocates, Inc., located in New York City, specializes in assisting individuals with Social Security Disability claims. While one client review praises their effectiveness and compassionate service in securing benefits, another reports a negative initial experience characterized by rudeness and a lack of direct attorney consultation. Potential clients seeking "Nearby Lawyers" for Social Security Disability assistance in New York should consider these contrasting experiences. It is recommended to contact American Disability Advocates, Inc. directly at (347) 535-5211 or +1 347-535-5211 to inquire about their services, the initial screening process, and the opportunity to speak with an attorney to determine if their approach aligns with your needs and expectations in navigating the complexities of Social Security Disability claims.

They really help me and I recommend their services to anyone fighting with SSA. I’ve been in a constant battle with SSA for 3 years. My doctors wrote letters, over 25 medications daily and not being able to work but they kept denying me. Once I abstained their services, I was approved at me hearing. Such a huge relief has been lifted off of me. I don’t have to depend on others for income or continue hurting myself trying to work and constantly being fired. American Disability Advocates are God sent ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Absolutely rude and unprofessional experience. Never even spoke to an attorney. They want to “screen,” you first. Kindly remember, human beings recovering from major surgeries while fighting with SSD don’t exactly have the energy to explain their situations over and over again. Simply requested an attorney consultation and was told “we don’t do that.”
This was a long process but with patience and Liz from Eddy Pierre Pierre American Disability Advocates office it went favorably, Elizabeth Bellofatto (Liz) is amazing and very knowledgeable she was so attentive towards me and responded to my questions and concerns quickly, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, also when my decision was made Eddy Pierre Pierre called me personally to congratulate me, they both payed attention to me now isn’t that what we all want is to be heard and treated fairly, if you do need help with this process which I recommend, call Eddy Pierre Pierre and Elizabeth Bellofatto (Liz). I did.
They have been amazing. Stacy and Liz are very helpful and so were the other two ladies I talked to I believe it was Tracy and I think Jasmine or a Janet idk I forgot sorry. I'm still in the process of everything and they keep me informed of things and what I need to do. It's been a long road but praying things finally work out. Thank you for helping me and continuing to fight for me.
American Disability Advocates are the people to use when applying for SSDI benefits. Their staff is very professional, responsive, and understanding, especially Liz. I was initially denied and had to take the steps to request a hearing. They took care of everything for me without stepping a foot in their office. This firm is clear about what they need and what information to provide, and I was awarded SSDI thanks to them. Job well done, I couldn’t ask for a better team.
