Ameri Law PC Introduce
For individuals and businesses in the Beverly Hills and surrounding Los Angeles areas seeking legal representation, Ameri Law PC is located at 9465 Wilshire Blvd Suite 300, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, placing them within the "Nearby Lawyers" platform category. While the firm operates from a prestigious address, a recent detailed client review provides a critical perspective on their client service, particularly for those in the early stages of their business ventures, especially within the entertainment industry. This introduction aims to objectively present the information available to assist potential local users in making informed decisions about their legal counsel.
Environment and Location: Situated on the prominent Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills, Ameri Law PC occupies a suite in a professional building, indicative of a law firm operating within a significant business district of Los Angeles. This location offers accessibility for clients from various parts of the city. However, while the physical environment of a law office typically aims to be professional and conducive to client meetings, the provided review focuses more on the interaction with the attorney than the office setting itself.
Services Offered: Based on the detailed negative client experience, Ameri Law PC appears to offer legal services within the entertainment business and potentially broader business law. The prospective client who left the review was seeking assistance in establishing the foundations of a new production company. This suggests that Ameri Law PC may handle matters such as:
- Business Formation and Structuring: Advising on the legal structure of new businesses, including production companies.
- Contract Drafting and Review: Assisting with various types of agreements relevant to the entertainment industry and general business operations.
- Intellectual Property: Potentially handling copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property matters relevant to entertainment and business.
- Legal Advice for Businesses: Providing counsel on legal issues that arise in the course of business operations.
However, the negative review casts doubt on the firm's willingness to engage with newer or smaller entities, suggesting a potential focus on established "big-name clients." Potential clients should inquire directly about the firm's specific areas of expertise and their typical client profile.
Features and Approach: The detailed client review raises significant concerns about the features and approach of Ameri Law PC, specifically regarding their interaction with potential new clients:
- Responsiveness: The review notes a two-week delay in receiving a response to an online contact form, indicating potential issues with initial client communication and responsiveness.
- Appointment Handling: The attorney reportedly missed a scheduled call and did not adhere to the agreed-upon meeting time, suggesting a lack of punctuality and attention to scheduling.
- Client Intake and Preparation: The attorney appeared not to have reviewed the prospective client's contact form prior to their call and seemed confused about the referral source, indicating a lack of preparation and attention to detail in the initial client interaction.
- Condescending Behavior: The reviewer described the attorney as "exceptionally, stunningly condescending," citing instances of belittling language and assumptions about the client's understanding and professional standing.
- Focus on "Big-Name" Clients: The attorney allegedly emphasized her preference for representing established clients with significant business expertise, implying a lack of interest in assisting smaller or newer ventures.
- Dismissive Attitude: The reviewer felt that their questions were "immediately shut down with belittling answers," and that the attorney was more interested in asserting her status than understanding the client's needs.
- Lack of Support for New Businesses: The experience left the prospective client feeling dismissed for being a startup, precisely when legal guidance is most needed to establish a solid foundation.
- Poor Communication and Resource Provision: The review suggests a lack of willingness to provide basic information or resources to the potential client.
These points collectively paint a concerning picture of the firm's approach to at least one potential new client, particularly within the entertainment industry. It suggests a possible lack of value placed on engaging with emerging businesses and a potentially negative communication style.
Promotional Information and Call to Action: For local users in the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles areas seeking legal representation, particularly in the entertainment or business sectors, Ameri Law PC is located at 9465 Wilshire Blvd Suite 300. While their location suggests accessibility, a recent detailed client experience warrants careful consideration. The review indicates potential challenges in responsiveness, communication, and client treatment, especially for startups or those not immediately perceived as "big-name" clients.
Potential clients, especially those who are in the early stages of their business endeavors or who value respectful and attentive communication, should be aware of the reported experience. If you are seeking a legal partner to help establish the foundations of your business, particularly in the competitive entertainment industry, it may be prudent to thoroughly vet Ameri Law PC's approach to new and emerging clients.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Ameri Law PC's client service and whether their approach aligns with your needs, local users are encouraged to contact their office at (310) 595-2815. The mobile phone number, +1 310-595-2815, is also available. During your initial contact, it would be advisable to inquire specifically about their experience with clients in a similar stage to your own and their commitment to providing supportive guidance regardless of the size or current standing of the business. Asking about their communication protocols and client engagement process may also be beneficial.
Given the detailed and negative experience reported by a potential client, local users in the "Nearby Lawyers" category should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence when considering Ameri Law PC for their legal needs. While the firm may have a different approach with established clients, the reported interaction highlights potential pitfalls for new or smaller businesses seeking legal assistance. It is recommended to seek further information and potentially consult with other law firms to ensure a positive and productive attorney-client relationship.

I am profoundly disappointed with my experience with this law firm. I just got off a call with Nina Ameri, and it was truly one of the most awful experiences that I have had in the entertainment business so far. First of all, it took two weeks to receive a response from an assistant to the contact form provided online. I was directed to a calendar to set up a meeting, which I did. I provided my phone number, but was not called at our scheduled time. Ten minutes later, I called the office number myself. Nina said she was going to call me but “got caught up in something”. She also obviously had me confused with someone else, and kept insisting that I had been referred to her by someone I don’t know. Apparently, she couldn’t be bothered to read my contact form before our call, or even to hold our appointment at the scheduled time. Nina, as a person, was exceptionally, stunningly condescending. She looked at my website on our call and apparently decided that I wasn’t worth her time, so she then spent several minutes telling me how she usually only represents big-name clients with lots business expertise. She repeatedly followed up basic information with a snide “does that make sense to you?” (I earned my graduate degree at the age of 19– I’m more than capable of understanding fundamental legal terminology, and I don’t understand what conclusion she must have drawn about me in five minutes on the phone to treat me with such disdain.) Any questions I asked were immediately shut down with belittling answers, and she treated me like I was a little kid wanting to be a pop star rather than a business owner and potential client. The entire call turned into Nina trying to prove that I was beneath her rather than understanding where I was and trying to help me with my needs. It’s true that my production company is just getting started, but that’s exactly why I’m looking for a lawyer who can help me to establish the foundations of the business— which is exactly what I explained in my contact form, if anyone had bothered to read it. Nina went out of her way to make me feel stupid and small, and no one deserves to be treated that way no matter how far along in their industry journey they are. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Ameri Law was so disheartening and upsetting that I had to speak out. It’s clear to me that this place does not care about their clients, current or potential, unless they’re “big names”. I am an incredibly driven entrepreneur who hoped to work with a lawyer in order to make my company everything that I want it to become, and I am heartbroken to have been dismissed like this. I guess that’s what you get for reaching out to a law firm you find via Instagram. If anyone else fell into the trap of believing that Ameri Law can actually help you achieve your business goals, I urge you to keep digging. On the other hand, if there are any entertainment lawyers out there who are willing to listen to an ambitious self-starter who isn’t David Zaslav, please reach out. I’m able to invest a good amount of money to work with the right person.
