Adam Silverstein Law Office Introduce

For individuals in New York City seeking legal representation and exploring options within the 'Nearby Lawyers' category, the Adam Silverstein Law Office, located at 30 Wall St, New York, NY 10005, USA, is one potential choice. Situated in the Financial District of Manhattan, the office's location suggests a presence within a significant legal and commercial hub. However, it is crucial for prospective clients to carefully consider the information available regarding this law office, particularly the experiences shared by previous clients.

The services offered by the Adam Silverstein Law Office are not explicitly detailed in the provided information. Typically, a law office located in the Financial District of New York City might handle various legal matters, potentially including business law, real estate law, personal injury, and other civil litigation. However, the absence of specific information about their practice areas necessitates that potential clients directly inquire about the types of legal services they provide to determine if their needs align with the firm's expertise.

Based on the available client reviews, several significant issues have been raised regarding the Adam Silverstein Law Office, particularly concerning communication, billing practices, and client representation. One client described their experience as a "scam," alleging that despite a pre-payment agreement, the attorney seemed more interested in fees than in achieving a favorable outcome for the case. This client reported being pressured to settle for terms that were not part of the original agreement and experienced a lack of communication to the extent that they had to contact the attorney's brother to reach him on multiple occasions. This reviewer expressed that the attorney's actions were potentially illegal and felt they had received better results with free legal services.

Another client echoed concerns about ineffective communication, stating that Adam Silverstein "does not communicate effectively." This reviewer specifically instructed the attorney to consult with them before incurring any charges but was allegedly billed for tasks performed without prior consultation. They also reported having to repeatedly chase the attorney for updates on their case and described him as rude and not prioritizing their interests. This client concluded that paying the retainer fee was a "huge mistake" and advised others to "AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!"

Furthermore, the second reviewer mentioned a concerning postscript: that Adam Silverstein had allegedly read their review and threatened them to remove it, with the possibility of a public response or legal action. This allegation raises serious concerns about the attorney's reaction to client feedback and his approach to addressing negative reviews. Such behavior could be interpreted as an attempt to suppress legitimate concerns and may deter other potential clients from making informed decisions.

Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback from the two available client reviews, it is challenging to identify positive features of the Adam Silverstein Law Office. The recurring themes of poor communication, unexpected charges, a perceived lack of focus on the client's best interests, and alleged threats in response to negative feedback are significant red flags for potential clients. These accounts suggest a pattern of behavior that could lead to dissatisfaction and potentially negative outcomes for those who choose to retain this law office.

In light of the serious allegations made in the client reviews, it would be imprudent to suggest any promotional aspects of the Adam Silverstein Law Office. The experiences shared by these clients serve as a stark warning and should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating engaging their services. The reported issues of "selling a dream" before payment, prioritizing fees over client interests, lack of communication, unauthorized charges, and alleged retaliatory behavior in response to negative feedback paint a concerning picture of the client experience.

For local users in the 'Nearby Lawyers' category who come across the Adam Silverstein Law Office at 30 Wall St, New York, NY 10005, USA, the available client feedback strongly suggests exercising extreme caution. The reported experiences highlight significant issues with communication, billing practices, and client care. Potential clients are strongly advised to thoroughly research and consider these accounts, as well as seek additional information from other sources, before making a decision to retain the services of this law office. It would be prudent to explore alternative legal representation options that have a more positive and transparent track record of client satisfaction.

In conclusion, while the Adam Silverstein Law Office is listed as a 'Nearby Lawyer' in New York City, the available client reviews raise serious concerns about their professionalism, communication practices, billing, and client representation. The allegations of prioritizing fees over client interests, charging for unauthorized tasks, poor communication, and even threatening behavior in response to negative feedback should be carefully considered by anyone seeking legal services. Potential clients are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging this law office, perhaps seeking counsel from other attorneys with more positive and reliable client feedback.

Scam!! Stay away!!!! Adam Silverstein sold me a dream!! Before giving him 5,000 we had an agreement before hand but he is not concerned with winning your case he just wants his money. He kept trying to convince me to settle with something that was NOT part of the original agreement. This man lacks communication I had to email his brother to reach him on multiple occasions. What he did should be illegal. I honestly had better results with free lawyers but I wanted to win my case for certain. I

I wish I could give him negative 100!!! Adam is an incompetent lawyer and doesn’t not communicate effectively. I specifically told him to consult with me before charging me for any tasks and he still charged me for tasks performed without consulting me. I had to call and chase him several times to get details of my case and understand the progress. He was rude and did not keep my interests in mind. I made a huge mistake by paying the retainer amount and he was not worth that money at all!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! In addition, he has read this review and has threatened me to remove it or he will respond publicly or go to court. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER!!

Anytime I needed legal advice, Mr. Silverstein responded to my email immediately. It's been a few years since I've last reached out but I know I can reach out anytime and he would look out for my best interest and provide me with the best legal advice. I trust and recommend him.

He is a 18b lawyer. Ask about that. He took a case of someone I know and never showed up on two different dates. He only in it for the state/city money. He is horrible. Stay away!
