Mr. Zweber gave me very helpful advice at a very difficult time in my life (trying to get my mom into nursing home right after my dad's death). He seems very experienced and was so nice to talk to in the most difficult time I've ever experienced.

My parents had already moved into an assisted living facility and all their assets were in cash. I feel that Mr. Zweber stretched our meeting out by telling a lot of useless stories and provided literally no helpful financial advice. He should have been able to tell us right away that there was no way to shelter my parent’s money at this point. We got very little in value for the $720 we were charged.

When my partner was diagnosed with terminal cancer, we went to Mr Zweber on the recommendation of a lawyer friend. He helped us avoid some pitfalls that would have left me in debt, guided us through setting up a POA, his health directive, and will. Working with him was very comfortable, and he knows his elder law stuff--he was part of the team that "wrote the book" on Minnesota Elder Law.

The goal is to ensure your assets are distributed according to your wishes, minimize potential taxes, and provide for loved ones. Effective estate planning can help avoid future disputes and simplify the process for your family during a difficult time.
- Probate: When a loved one passes away, their estate often needs to go through the probate process.
