Zadrima Alexander Law Office Introduce
For local users in the Bronx, New York, who are searching the "Nearby Lawyers" platform for legal assistance, Zadrima Alexander Law Office is listed at the address 1841 Williamsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10461. This location on Williamsbridge Road offers a point of contact for individuals seeking legal services in this area of the Bronx. When considering a lawyer, understanding the environment of their practice and the experiences of past clients can be helpful in making an informed decision.
However, the single customer review available for Zadrima Alexander Law Office presents a concerning perspective. The reviewer alleges that the "Law office doesn't respond to e-mails," which could indicate potential challenges in communication. Effective and timely communication is often considered a crucial aspect of a positive attorney-client relationship, as it ensures that clients are kept informed about their case and can readily reach their legal counsel with questions or concerns. A lack of responsiveness can be a significant drawback for individuals seeking legal assistance.
The review goes on to label the practice as a "Faux law office," a serious accusation that potential clients should take into consideration. The basis for this claim appears to stem from the reviewer's experience as a tenant in a building they allege is owned by the lawyer, Alexander Zadrima. According to the review, this building purportedly does not follow proper New York City code, particularly concerning heating, which is described as "always freezing." The reviewer suggests that the landlord "cuts corners when he can," implying a lack of adherence to required standards.
Further negative aspects of the building environment, as described by the reviewer, include an alleged pervasive smell of marijuana, infestations of rodents and cockroaches, frequent lack of hot water, and false advertising regarding in-building washer and dryer facilities. The reviewer claims that if the machines are operational, they are located in a difficult-to-access cellar and are prone to malfunctioning. These details, while pertaining to the reviewer's experience as a tenant, are presented in the context of their interaction with the lawyer as the purported landlord of the building housing the law office.
A significant legal issue raised in the review concerns the handling of the security deposit. The reviewer states that they have been waiting for their security deposit for almost two months since moving out, despite New York law requiring landlords to return such deposits within 14 days. The reviewer interprets this delay as a potential indication that the lawyer is either "above the law or a broke lawyer." This is a serious allegation, as it questions the lawyer's adherence to legal obligations and his financial responsibility.
The reviewer concludes with a strong statement of distrust, asserting, "Wouldn't trust a lawyer who can't follow the law, let alone manage a building properly and follow basic city codes." This sentiment directly links the alleged mismanagement of the building and the purported failure to comply with landlord-tenant law to the reviewer's perception of the lawyer's professional integrity and competence. This perspective could be a significant concern for local users considering engaging Mr. Zadrima for legal services.
Given this single, highly negative review, local users on the "Nearby Lawyers" platform are presented with a stark warning. While it is important to consider that this is just one person's experience, the detailed nature of the allegations, particularly those concerning potential legal violations as a landlord, raises serious questions about the professional conduct and reliability of Zadrima Alexander Law Office. Potential clients should weigh these allegations carefully against their need for trustworthy and competent legal representation.
The environment described in the review, while referring to the building managed by the lawyer, indirectly reflects on the context in which the law office operates. Allegations of code violations, pest infestations, and inadequate basic services could suggest a lack of attention to detail or a disregard for regulations, which might concern potential clients about the overall professionalism of the practice. However, it is crucial to remember that these are allegations from a single review and may not represent the experience of all clients.
Due to the severely negative nature of the available feedback and the lack of any positive or neutral information, it is impossible to highlight any specific services or features of Zadrima Alexander Law Office in a positive light based on the provided data. Local users will need to conduct their own thorough investigation, potentially seeking information from other sources or contacting the office directly to get their perspective and inquire about their areas of legal practice and client service approach.
Similarly, no promotional information can be gleaned from the negative review. In fact, the review serves as a cautionary note for potential clients. Therefore, local users are advised to exercise caution and due diligence before considering Zadrima Alexander Law Office for their legal needs. It would be prudent to seek additional reviews or references and to ask detailed questions about the firm's practices and client communication policies if they choose to contact the office.
For local users in the Bronx utilizing the "Nearby Lawyers" platform, the listing for Zadrima Alexander Law Office at 1841 Williamsbridge Rd comes with a significant caveat in the form of a highly critical customer review. This review alleges unresponsiveness, serious issues related to the lawyer's purported role as a landlord, including violations of NYC code and landlord-tenant law, and expresses a strong lack of trust in the lawyer's professionalism and competence. Potential clients should carefully consider these allegations as part of their decision-making process.
Given the serious nature of the claims in the review, local users are strongly encouraged to seek additional information and perspectives before making any decisions regarding Zadrima Alexander Law Office. Contacting the office directly at (718) 319-8070 or +1 718-319-8070 to ask about their services, client communication practices, and to address the concerns raised in the review would be a prudent step. Additionally, searching for any other available reviews or information about the firm from independent sources may provide a more balanced view.
In conclusion, the introduction to Zadrima Alexander Law Office must objectively include the significant negative feedback available. The single customer review alleges unresponsiveness, serious issues related to the lawyer's purported role as a landlord including code violations and failure to return a security deposit in a timely manner, and expresses a lack of trust in the lawyer's professional conduct. Local users in the "Nearby Lawyers" category should be aware of this feedback and conduct thorough due diligence before considering engaging this law office for their legal needs. Direct contact with the office for clarification and additional information is strongly recommended.

Law office doesn't respond to e-mails. Faux law office. The guy is a landlord for this building that doesn't follow proper NYC code, especially when it comes to heating (it's always freezing, he cuts corners when he can). The building reeks of weed, is infested with rodents and cockroaches, frequently runs out of hot water, and falsely advertises washer dryer in building. If the machines work at all, you have to walk outside around back and down a flight of stairs to the cellar. When they do work, the machines eat your quarters. I've been waiting for my security deposit for almost 2 months now since I moved out, and he has yet to return it even though NY law requires landlords to return security deposits within 14 days. Guess he's above the law or a broke lawyer. Wouldn't trust a lawyer who can't follow the law, let alone manage a building properly and follow basic city codes.
