Based on available information, Youman, Madeo & Fasano, LLP appears to be a firm with experience in handling complex legal matters, particularly in the field of immigration law. One client testimonial highlights their success in assisting an individual with their residency application. The review mentions that while the process was lengthy and involved significant costs, the eventual positive outcome, allowing the client to comfortably live in the United States and visit family abroad, made it worthwhile. This positive feedback suggests that the firm possesses the expertise and dedication required to navigate intricate immigration procedures and achieve favorable results for their clients.

However, it's important to present a balanced perspective. Another review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the conduct of one of the firm's partners, Raymond Fasano. This review details an interaction perceived as arrogant and dismissive, citing an example of a response to a question that the reviewer found condescending. The reviewer also mentions the cost of a brief consultation, suggesting a disconnect between the perceived value of the service and the fee charged. This feedback raises concerns about client communication and the overall client experience for some individuals interacting with the firm.

Considering these contrasting viewpoints, potential clients should approach Youman, Madeo & Fasano, LLP with an awareness of both their potential strengths in handling complex legal matters, as indicated by the positive immigration review, and the reported issues with client interaction from another perspective. It is always advisable for individuals seeking legal representation to conduct their own due diligence, including potentially scheduling an initial consultation to assess their comfort level and determine if the firm's approach aligns with their expectations.

These lawyers helped me receive my residency. Although it was a long process and costly, the end result was worth it. We feel very thankful for all the help they gave me. Thanks to them I am able to feel comfortable. I now have the ability to visit my family back home. I hope that soon my partner will also receive the same help and results that I have, through their efforts.

I NEVER write reviews. Ever. But the fact that this arrogant and Mr thinks he’s high and mighty, Raymond Fasano, thinks he can speak to people the way he spoke to my parents is disgusting! One question he was asked, if to fill out papers they had to go to the office and he responded that of course! He told them that if their car broke down they would take it to the mechanic. What kind of example is that? He basically insinuated it was a stupid question. The question was asked because nowadays most things are done electronically, so it wasn’t a stupid question. Also to state you are way too busy and don’t have time for those kind of questions is just laughable. $100 for less than an hour should be enough for your time, unless you expect to be paid more. I hope you do see this message Raymond Fasano. You are no better than anyone just because you have a degree. I work with a criminal defense attorney and I have never had clients act as rude as you.

They don’t have staff who speak English but Spanish only The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me because I told her I could only communicate in English and said if that’s the case your appointment is canceled good bye. They put your phone number on display for others which should remain confidential What’s the point of having appointments if they go by first come first serve. And by reading by the comments This lawyers don’t even show up on time Honestly worst law firm I have ever known Don’t even waste your time here They only take CASH, for someone who is promoting it on TV that’s pretty sketchy to me. Read all the reviews before booking your appointment

Worst lawyer ever DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!!!!!! All they care about is taking your money and not worrying about your case . My parents wasted 16 years with these lawyers for what to lose money they saved up . Worst Attitude from both location (Queens and Manhattan )worst customer service ever. When a case doesn't go well, neither attorney shows their faces; instead, they send their intern lawyers, who make foolish statements and demand more money. DONE NOT WASTE ANY MORE TIME.

Choosing to open a case with this law firm was a terrible decision. From the outset, they were unscrupulous and untrustworthy, taking my money without delivering any results. Despite paying them, I received no updates on my case, which never progressed at all. I strongly advise against giving them your business, as they will only steal your money and waste your time. This firm is taking advantage of people who are already in a vulnerable position, and it is a shame that they continue to profit from such unethical practices. I am seriously considering reporting these lawyers to the New York Bar Association for their misconduct.
