If I could give negative I would. I called because my mother was severely injured. Their calls didn’t stop until we signed. I got the contract reviewed it and it was ridiculously high compensation rates after 90 days which is what most cases take a lot longer so he did me a “favor” and reduced it. Then there was a blank on who they would be representing us against I said I can’t sign a contract with a blank but explained that until they did their research wouldn’t know who that was. Fine the there was a10% interest on monies law firm would use that client would have to pay on top of attorneys fees at $1500 an hour. Then they have their own “financing company” angel which they have you sign saying it is not part of Wilshire but in fact is and gives Wilshire the right to take money and use for your case. And the last letter is an ISO claim search. This is to look up if you do actually win down the line without them they can have a claim against that money. As in our case, they called to say they’re referring us to a “sister company” because we don’t have a strong claim and that my mother is old. I asked if they looked at the footage as they said they’re referring us would or if they found out who owned the property as they said would, and send a letter to prevent the property from correcting their faults again no. They chased after us to get my mother’s picture of her id and birthdate and signature. Isais no we do not accept being referred to a sister company and that we would owe them no compensation if we ever recovered because they did no work, they caused further delay. I followed up with an email stating all this. Emails are legal documents. 2 WEEKS LATER we get a text saying they can’t represent us and they’ve been trying to reach us but we haven’t responded and they’re withdrawing representation. Then emailed me with the withdrawal letter saying we’re the ones that breached the contract! I saw all these great reviews and thought how could we go wrong? Unbelievable do not sign and if you decide to go with them NEGOTIATE their ridiculous compensation numbers. Or the ISO because one they get you to sign they’ll own you even if they did not do any work except chase you down and try to convince you by making promises to help your poor injured person.
In 2023 my truck and I where in a Accident cause by a DUI. After a year and 3 mos I got everything in the settlement that I wanted. Be patience let them do their job, it's not what you see on TV. This case did not get settled overnight. If you need a Lawyer. Hire this firm. I am glad I did.
