Horrible attorney, as he lost my discrimination case that was placed in his lap with ALL types of evidence to support the claims. He fumbles his words in court, he laughs and jokes bc it's not his life. Attorney Palmieri wasted 5 years of my life and 8K retainer fee (plus more) and lost my case. I'm embarrassed and devastated as I KNOW that I have been discrimated against, over and over again, and now instead of setting I get to go back to the same entity that tried to destroy my life. Attorney Palmieri spent years filing extensions showing myself and the courts that he never took this case seriously. This could have been a great win for both of us but he fumbled the bag! HORRIBLY. Working with Attorney Palmieri has only further traumatized me. Thx

I paid William Palmieri a $5000 retainer to handle a law suit for me. Mr Palmieri called me several times telling me I had a good case. After paying him the initial $5000, he avoided my phone calls, canceled appointments, and took almost 2 years to resolve the case. In addition, when the case finally went to mediation, Mr Palmieri was friendly to opposing council, and basically laid down. I essentially ended up paying him $17K for a case I pretty much handled on my own. He did not fight for me, and although I did end up getting a settlement. He took 1/2 and did nothing to deserve that. I reported him to the bar assn.

Poor client attorney communication. Never updated me on case and failed to itemize exactly what I was charged for. At one point I had important information to pass on but because there was no communication, the information was never used in the case. Read the other reviews on Google - not good!
