### Review of We The People Divorce Filing Services I attempted to get my divorce filed through We The People, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. My first email to them was sent in January 2024, and now, over six months later, my divorce should be final. Unfortunately, it is not. Despite my persistent efforts to contact them, Jamie, a paralegal at the company, has no records of my case or my $1,000 payment. The lack of communication is unacceptable. My calls and emails go unanswered, causing immense stress during an already challenging time. I strongly advise against using We The People for divorce filing services. Their unprofessionalism and lack of responsiveness make an already difficult process even more challenging. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

DON'T GO THERE! My first ever negative review.Trust was supposed to be ready in 10 days to sign. Been over 3 months of emailing them, but there has been no response. Finally got a hold of Jayne, who gave me the excuse they had just come back from vacation. Sent me the trust to revise. Spelling of my last name was wrong everywhere. Emailed them 5 times, and there was no response. Called her back. She blamed her employees for not responding to my emails and told me to go in on Thursday at 7 for signing. I got here today, and she didn't know I had an appointment for today. Brought my trust and spelling of my last name still not fixed. Im supposed to come back on Tuesday. Went back Tuesday, not ready. Told me to go next Tuesday.Decide for yourselves if you are willing to use these people. Unprofessional, irresponsible. Most difficult to communicate with.

I am so disappointed in the quality of customer service from We The People. Jayne was always kind when I was able to have a conversation with her. I had a very simple matter that should have taken no more than 6 months to file and complete. I petitioned in October 2022 and finally had to find a new paralegal in December 2023 to take over my case. There was little to absolute no communication from anyone at this business. I would wait months and send many follow-up emails as well as voicemails before I would receive anything. For how much stress I was already under this business did not help. Many times their phone would be out of order/ disconnected. I have gone to the building during operating hours and the door would be locked. I am not an impatient person. As long as there is communication I am always willing to work with you. I would ask for updates on my case and info on what to expect next and the answer I would receive on the majority of the replies from this office was "I will contact you when I hear from the court". Then months would go by. If you are looking for a cheap service and have all the time in the world, this place is for you. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Don't you dare use these two (Jane & Janet) scam artists for your divorce paperwork. It was a complete nightmare!. My divorce took over 2 years of run around with these two clowns, and they still never completed my paperwork. I had to take these forms bits by bits to Pasadena to file them myself. They don't send anything to Pasadena themselves, nor do they follow up. They advertise themselves as "Divorce Attorneys" on Google. Whata Joke!

I went to these people because I had to get letters of administration. I kept on calling asking about what's going on and they said they'll call me back which they never did. She told me i had to pay to get a court hearing so i gave her the money to set it up. This dumb broad had miss our court hearing and did not tell me about it. She told me that the court did not give her a date so I went to the courthouse myself and got a copy and it clearly stated the date of the hearing, then I decided to go with a lawyer which turn out to be a lot cheaper. This lady scam me out of $1,600. She told me I had to pay 1000 up front and 600 for the court hearing. When I told her I got a lawyer to take over the case she became very unprofessional and slap my hand with the documents that she had.
