I usually take the time to write detailed reviews, but this attorney's office isn't even worth a second of my time. However, I feel compelled to warn others to seek legal help elsewhere. To summarize, my wife was in a car accident about 3.5 years ago, and we just received a payment today. Unfortunately, it wasn't the final settlement we had agreed upon; the office assumed it was. Additionally, they have blocked my wife's number, so she has to use my phone to contact them. Whenever they said it would take a week, it turned out to take at least a month. They also sent a $10,000 check in regular mail instead of certified mail, which resulted in it getting lost. We live in Maryland but drove down to Virginia to meet with the attorney to ensure we would receive the correct amount. During our last visit a month ago, they told us they would send a check before the final settlement. Instead, they sent us a final payment that was less than what we had agreed upon. Please, do not work with this office. None of the staff seemed interested in helping clients; they only want to make money off you. They don't care about providing assistance; they are solely focused on profit. Korean people. I was introduced to a lawyer here by an acquaintance... but I really can't afford a lawyer's office that works this poorly. My wife had an accident 3.5 years ago and received the final check today. It wasn't even the amount we agreed on. On December 17th, we clearly told the office how much we wanted and that it was not final. He said he understood... and that the check would arrive at the end of December because there was a Christmas holiday. It takes a month to send a check that has already been received from the insurance company. What makes me even more angry is that he said he checked it only after he stopped receiving my wife's email and then made a phone call. Also, I blocked my wife's number so she always had to call my number. I would like to write longer, but each case will be different, but from our experience, we strongly feel that this is a place that only cares about generating profits for itself, not about the safety or satisfaction of its customers. We are so stressed out that we are going to use every legal means at our disposal to report this place. Please review thoroughly before using this site and keep evidence.
