Reviews

  • Alan Walkow's team provide the attention to detail and responsive service to real estate clients like me who are trying to push for closing. Thank you team and I appreciate all your help and support to my transactions.
  • DON'T use them. The service is VERY BAD. They didn't do anything until the last week before closing, and everything was hurried in the last week. Even a shipping fee was charged me in closing which was not supposed to be paid by me. They never actually help the client, never really consider what is good for the customer. What they want is just finish the case and get money, done. This is the worst experience dealing with lawyer or law office.
  • Best Value!!! I would recommend Alan and his team any day. Lauren was not only responsive but thorough throughout every aspect of the process. I have recommended them to others and will use them again in the future!! Great experience!!! Thank you!!!
  • Alan WAlkow doesn’t even work there anymore. Don’t let the don the owner fool you. He’s was the worst human to deal with. Man needs to look in the mirror. God bless all is staff. They deserve better. Good luck to them all.
  • I closed on July 24th, 2019. I spoke to Alan once at the start and that was it. Now I am left with a $2500 sewerage bill from the previous owner. Avoid.

Features / Highlights

When considering the Warren Walkow Law Offices for real estate legal needs in New Jersey, several points can be highlighted based on available information and client feedback:

  • Focus on Real Estate Closings: The firm appears to place a strong emphasis on assisting clients specifically with the closing phase of real estate transactions. One client review specifically mentions "attention to detail and responsive service to real estate clients like me who are trying to push for closing." This suggests a concentrated effort on ensuring the final stages of property transfers are managed.
  • Team Support: The same review notes, "Alan Walkow's team provide the attention to detail and responsive service." This indicates that clients will likely benefit from the collaborative effort of a team, potentially allowing for broader support and availability during critical periods of a transaction.

It is important to acknowledge that client experiences can vary, and prospective clients should consider all available information. While one review points to appreciation for the team's support and attention to detail in pushing for closing, another review expresses significant dissatisfaction. This review claims "The service is VERY BAD," stating that "They didn't do anything until the last week before closing, and everything was hurried in the last week." This client also alleges that a "shipping fee was charged me in closing which was not supposed to be paid by me," and concludes, "They never actually help the client, never really consider what is good for the customer. What they want is just finish the case and get money, done. This is the worst experience dealing with lawyer or law office."

This divergence in feedback suggests that while some clients may appreciate the firm's focus on closings and team approach, others have experienced significant issues with the timing of services, perceived lack of client advocacy, and billing. Prospective clients should take both positive and negative feedback into account and conduct their own due diligence to determine if the firm's approach aligns with their expectations and needs for a real estate transaction.

Promotions or Special Offers

Information regarding specific promotions or special offers from the Warren Walkow Law Offices is not publicly detailed. In the legal field, particularly for transactional services like real estate closings, direct promotions or discounts for fees are less common than in other industries. Legal fees are typically based on the complexity of the transaction, the time involved, and the specific services rendered.

However, it is standard practice for legal firms to offer an initial consultation. While it's not explicitly stated as free, many law offices provide an opportunity for potential clients to discuss their real estate needs, understand the scope of services, and inquire about fee structures before committing to representation. This initial discussion allows both parties to assess whether the firm is a good fit for the client's specific real estate transaction.

To learn about their fee schedule, potential payment arrangements, or any specific offerings, the most reliable approach is to contact the Warren Walkow Law Offices directly. During a preliminary conversation, you can ask about their billing practices for real estate closings and ascertain how their services align with your budget and expectations for your property transaction.

This team-based support can be beneficial for ensuring that all aspects of a closing are addressed.

However, it is crucial for prospective clients to consider the entirety of available feedback. This means that while the firm is locally accessible and focuses on closings, individuals should conduct thorough due diligence, perhaps by discussing their specific needs and expectations during an initial consultation. This approach will help determine if the firm's operational style aligns with their preferences for communication and workflow, particularly for time-sensitive real estate deals.

Ultimately, for locals in New Jersey seeking legal assistance for real estate closings, the Warren Walkow Law Offices offers a specialized service within a convenient geographical reach.
