Frank is an AMAZING Lawyer! I had withheld rent from the property managers because of conditions existing in my apartment, when they were trying to railroad me on a transfer agreement. Frank put them in their place, preserving my rights to any claims. He told them what time it is and put them on their knees. He Helped me when I needed it the most and no one else would.
