I had an initial consultation with John Waldron in 2010 which lasted probably 10 minutes max in regards to me wanting to provide music entertainment at DeSales University in Center Valley. I was rejected summarily by Nick Luchko, and mistakenly by the university, received 2 trespassing charges, even though I had a legitimate business inquiry. Waldron simply suggested that I contact the chief of police at the university at the time and request that only one trespassing charge be given even though it was still massively expensive. After that, I get a bill for $250 from Waldron for his few minutes of time, and then I'm wondering how I'm going to pay my rent for the next month so I'm not homeless. I call into the lawfirm, and the solution from the secretary (communicated by John) was to pay by credit card now over the phone and it will only be $175. Wonderful. Put a guy who did absolutely nothing wrong further into debt. Thanks John...
I have found John Waldron to be very personable and intelligent. I realized and was extremely impressed by the respect he received from his peers in the legal community as well as the DA and ADA’s. The law enforcement community equally respected him. His experience and expertise were also evident in his courtroom presence. Although a quick and desirable resolution is his initial goal. I cannot say enough complimentary things about Attorney Waldron. He is certainly an unbelievably valuable ally to have in your corner when you need legal assistance. If and when you need legal representation, you need John Waldron!
Attorney Waldron's legal knowledge was obvious with my initial meeting. He put me at ease immediately and made it clear he would work diligently on my case to get me the best outcome. He is well known in the court system, and I saw many examples of how that helped my case. His decades of practicing law has made the court room second nature to him. That confidence is infectious and I feel I'm getting the best defense possible.
John is great! Handled my son's case very professionally and quickly. Always just a phone call or email away answering questions or giving advice. Showed up promptly at all times. I highly recommend John if you want to get positive results!
John has the intuition and expertise to help navigate you through the complexities of the legal system. He works tirelessly to give you exactly what you need. When you need a trusted advocate with extensive courtroom experience, call John Waldron.
