Vinod and his assistant Arif is great. He helped me and my family close two houses. Everything was straight to the point. He is very organized. His organization skills helped us close fast during the closing. Very professional. The seller gave us a hard time but because of vinod and his assistant everything happened smoothly. Recommend him to everyone that wants to purchase a new home.

STAY AWAY!! Avoid! We had chosen services from here for our home purchase. Prices may be comparable to other similar service providers however expect delays in everything. Moreover expect very little support especially if the property needs negotiations for repairs etc. This purchase was made in 2013. I had called for an inquiry regarding the property. I was told I would get a call back however over a week has gone by and I had also left an additional message and still no response.

I have no other option to give other than one star. If there were I would give negative stars. Never ever use him for either for business or personal. Such a worse person has no responsibility for the business he takes and screw you back if he get a chance. Never ever use him.
