The two customer reviews offer contrasting perspectives that should be considered. One review praises Mr. Bevacqua's courtroom knowledge but raises significant concerns about billing practices, alleging that verbal price agreements are changed later, and that failure to pay increased amounts (beyond the initially agreed price) could lead to a request for removal from the case. This review advises potential clients to get fee agreements in writing and mentions the possibility of filing a fee arbitration with the Attorney Ethics Committee to recoup funds. This feedback highlights the critical importance of clear and written fee agreements in any legal representation.

The second review offers a general positive statement about the attorney knowing "the facts of being an attorney," which could imply a recognition of his legal acumen and understanding of the profession.

Considering the feedback, potential features of the Vincent E Bevacqua Law Office might include strong courtroom presence and a general understanding of legal principles. However, the serious concerns raised about billing practices and fee agreements should be carefully considered by prospective clients. It underscores the necessity of discussing fees in detail and ensuring all agreements are documented in writing before engaging legal services.

Given the mixed and limited review information, there is no clear promotional information to extract. Potential clients should focus on due diligence, including a thorough discussion of fees and the scope of work, documented in a written agreement, before retaining the Vincent E Bevacqua Law Office. The office's location at a prominent address in Newark offers accessibility, but the concerns raised in one of the reviews warrant careful consideration.

For local users in Newark searching within the 'Nearby Lawyers' category, the Vincent E Bevacqua Law Office at 50 Park Pl #1400 is a conveniently located legal practice. Contacting the office directly at (973) 919-0994 or +1 973-919-0994 will allow you to inquire about their areas of expertise and discuss the terms of representation in detail.

In conclusion, the Vincent E Bevacqua Law Office in Newark offers legal services from a central location. To begin I have to be fair. He is a lawyer who knows his way around the court room. However, he will give you a verbal price low just to get your money then change the price on you later. Get your price in writing or he will get your money (favorite starting number $5k then will ask for more and if you don’t pay more when he agreed to $5k price) ask judge to be removed from your case. You can recoup by filling a fee arbitration with Attorney Ethics Committee.
