3-17-25 I genuinely hopes that somebody reads this and at least is aware of what is to come and have been warned. I hired Mr. Vale 6-10-2022 I hired him as a family law attorney to regain my daughter back. He is very affordable.what I’ve learned is Do Not Bargin hunt for your attorney. The reason he is on sale is bc he is defective not bc he’s humble with his rates. From the very being ing I was clear on what I wanted and he said he could and would deliver I paid him w high hope and was left in a worse position then when I started I didn’t think that was possible. Mr Vale has no filter and gaslights each and every conversation. It is not unlikely to schedule a meeting w him and never once get to say a thing He talks at you and then walks you to the door and you are left confused, frustrated and still with out any clear direction and still have each question you prepared to ask unanswered. So my actual case was rest 11 times. That mean over 3 yrs. There was never any explanation. I was told it’s common. Later on learned it wasn’t. I finally got fed up and told him I was going to the media. He advised me not to, but wouldn’t you know it after I told him that , that very same day he filed a motion on my behalf for the first time. 4-24-24 so I’ll go back to the date of hire again 6-10-22 THAT IS 684 days!! So over two years that my 7 yr old now 9 almost 10 was away from her mom. That is the definition of neglect. But that’s not all. So I will say without hesitation that lack of action has taken, stolen a bound with my child to never regain. A connection lost, a ton of memories that never got to get made. This Mr. Burns look alike ( the Simpson’s) is not only bad in setting the date. When he does end up setting my date my case had been closed ( I wonder why?) and as he reopened it had a strategy but full on fail proof plan in place…. We are getting you back full custody We are getting g you child support Not only getting you it but you will also be awarded 75-80 k in back child support. And the dream list went on. He was so confident and I was thinking well if he does all that then maybe it was worth it. We go back into court and the complete absolute opposite happened!! I was asked to pay child support around 8k. My daughter’s father took her out for ice cream one summer day in July 18 and I am just today visiting her in Idaho? For the first time and it is March 17 th 2025 Mr vale has not before billing me 11k withdrew from my case . I really wish the story ended there! because at that point he had done already enough to destroy me and my daughter‘s life but I had no idea I was in store for more Living my life I was working on a my podcast anonymous but how little did I know that I wasn’t anonymous I was rightout there lI was getting an overwhelmingly response from one particular user and this person would message me and ask me out to have a drink and all types of stuff and begged and beg for me to call her so I caved and I called her and guess who she was Mr.Vale‘s girlfriend . she proceeded to ask me personal question about if we were sleeping together. She asked me questions that we’re about my case with my child that only him and I know she proceeded to remind me of conversations me and Mr. Val had personally with him and me in the office onlyI have the call on record and I intend to use it so it’s not bad enough. He’s a lazy grossly neglectful half ass AttorneyHe’s a little schoolgirl that can’t help but gossip to his girlfriends about his clients. my confidentiality is upmost important and priority to myself to know that not only was my confidentiality discarded I hv recordings screenshots of his girlfriend texting me and messaging me and calling me. I think it’s gonna catch up to him because the bar doesn’t take lightly to these things if you’re considering hiring Mr. Vale as your attorney, oh God run!. He will if he feels the need to be gossipy tell his girlfriend About all the details that were personal.The last thing Mr. Val has no integrity .
Worst attorney experience I have ever experienced. If you want your money took and be in a worst position then when you started, then you’ve absolutely came to the right attorney.
Called to schedule a consult. Two weeks later, the morning of the consult, I was left a voicemail that they are unable to handle the case. The matter should have been addressed more promptly and communicated so that I may have the opportunity to locate counsel who could assist. Wasted two weeks of my time. If the firm reaches out to me regarding this, I will be more than happy to edit my review.
Mr. Raymond vale Handled my child support case although he was only notified a few days before the hearing, He jumped right on it! Waisted no time! Very satisfied with this company in general. His secretary kathrine is the sweetest ever!! This office is so welcoming and sweet from the minute you get in and believe me you feel so relieved when you leave. His prices are more then fair! You can tell he loves his work and he is very knowledgeable! I made this review years ago when i was going through my divorce. Since them i have done a full child termination and a will and he helped me every step of the way making sure my daughter is 100% mine.... i will go back to him and only him for as long as he is in business.
