Absolute waste of time. I sent them an email outlining my situation. I immediately got a call from Long Beach, an office located nearly 2 hours away from me & not the office I contacted or wanted. Because the call came so fast, I KNEW my email wasn’t read. The caller, Nancy, who never gave me her position with the company & could’ve been the cleaning lady for all I know, asked me questions as she typed them into her computer & all I could hear was her clicking away on her keyboard. This was really annoying & most of her questions were already answered in my email. She even asked me questions that weren’t even relevant to my case, as if she was a telemarketer reading off of a script. Just as I was about to disconnect the call (I would never hire a law firm that can’t keep facts straight) she had the nerve to tell me that the company is too expensive for me & I couldn’t afford to hire them.Talk about discrimination!! She has NO WAY of knowing what my resources are for hiring an attorney. Adding to her incompetence, she later emailed me names & numbers of resources that I had just told her I had already contacted & used (it’s a standard form, obviously no thought went into it at all). As a victim of a serious crime, this is not the place to contact if you want to be treated with compassion & respect.
