Tim Conlon Introduce
For users currently browsing our "Nearby Lawyers" platform category in Japan, we are providing information about Tim Conlon, an attorney with an office located at 76 Westminster St #420, Providence, RI 02903, USA. While Mr. Conlon's physical practice is in the United States, it is important to recognize that understanding the landscape of legal services in other jurisdictions can be valuable. Individuals in Japan might have legal matters that involve the US, or they may simply be interested in learning about different legal professionals and their reputations as part of a broader understanding of global legal practices. This introduction aims to present an objective view of Tim Conlon based on the limited information available from online reviews.
Tim Conlon's office is situated in Providence, Rhode Island, specifically on Westminster Street. This location is likely within a commercial or professional building, typical for legal practices in urban areas. While we lack specific details about the ambiance or resources of his office, it is reasonable to expect a standard professional environment conducive to client consultations and legal work. For our local users in Japan, the physical setting of the Providence office is less directly relevant than the attorney's areas of legal expertise and the quality of service he provides, as reflected in client feedback.
Based on the two client reviews available, there appears to be a significant divergence in the experiences reported. One client expressed extreme dissatisfaction, stating they would never hire Mr. Conlon again and even filed a claim with the board of ethics. This reviewer alleged that they paid a substantial amount of money ($150,000 over a year) and that Mr. Conlon neither appeared in court nor filed anything on their behalf. The client also mentioned being charged by the second for phone calls and strongly advised others to seek alternative attorneys. This review raises serious concerns about the attorney's professionalism, diligence, and billing practices.
In stark contrast, the second review offers a highly positive assessment, describing Mr. Conlon as "professional, prepared and always on the cutting edge of technology" and concluding that he is "the best!" This feedback suggests a lawyer who is well-organized, technologically proficient, and provides a high level of service, at least in the experience of this particular client. The extreme difference between these two reviews highlights the potential for varied client experiences and underscores the importance of considering all available feedback, as well as seeking additional information, when evaluating a legal professional.
Features of Tim Conlon's practice are difficult to definitively ascertain given the conflicting reviews. The negative review suggests a lack of diligence and potentially questionable billing practices. On the other hand, the positive review points to professionalism, preparedness, and technological savvy. It is possible that Mr. Conlon's strengths lie in specific areas of law or with certain types of clients, leading to these disparate experiences. Without more information about his areas of specialization, it is challenging to reconcile these contrasting views or to identify specific features of his legal service.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. However, based on the positive feedback, Mr. Conlon might promote his professionalism, his preparedness in handling legal matters, and his use of technology to enhance his legal services. He might also emphasize a commitment to being at the forefront of legal practices. Conversely, the negative review, if accurate, would serve as a significant deterrent for potential clients. For local users in Japan considering legal assistance in the Providence, Rhode Island area, or those seeking to understand US legal service providers, these conflicting reviews highlight the critical importance of thorough due diligence, including checking multiple sources of feedback and potentially seeking referrals.
Given the limited and contradictory information, it is impossible to provide a comprehensive and objective overview of Tim Conlon's legal practice. The significant negative feedback, particularly the mention of a board of ethics claim and allegations of non-performance despite substantial fees, should be taken very seriously by any potential clients. While the positive review offers a contrasting perspective, the severity of the allegations in the negative review warrants extreme caution. Local users in Japan who might require legal assistance in Providence, Rhode Island, should seek additional information from other sources, if available, and consider these points carefully.
For our local users in Japan, if you find yourself in a situation requiring legal counsel in Providence, Rhode Island, the information available about Tim Conlon presents a cautionary tale alongside a positive endorsement. It underscores the need to look beyond singular testimonials and to seek a broader understanding of an attorney's reputation and track record. If you are considering engaging Mr. Conlon, it would be prudent to conduct thorough due diligence, including attempting to find more information about his areas of specialization, seeking references, and clearly discussing fees and expectations upfront. The stark contrast in the provided reviews suggests a potentially inconsistent client experience or a significant difference in the types of cases or clients he serves.
In conclusion, the information available about Tim Conlon, an attorney in Providence, Rhode Island, presents a mixed picture. A highly negative review alleging serious professional misconduct contrasts sharply with a positive review praising his professionalism and technological proficiency. For users in our "Nearby Lawyers" category in Japan who might be considering legal counsel in this location, or who are simply researching US legal professionals, this case highlights the importance of critical evaluation and seeking comprehensive information from multiple sources before making a decision. The significant concerns raised in one of the reviews should not be ignored and warrant careful consideration.

After all these years, I still would never hire this guy again. I had to file a claim with the board of ethics against him. I paid him over $150,000.00 in the course of one year and he never showed up in court or file anything on my behalf. He charges phone calls by the second and.......well there are better attorneys out there. Trust Me.
Professional, prepared and always on the cutting edge of technology. This lawyer is the best!
