The client reviews raise some significant points regarding the features and interactions experienced at Thomas & Spikes, Esqs. One review includes a serious allegation, stating, "Racist woman attny?" This is a severe accusation that potential clients should be aware of. The same review also describes the male attorney as "just a little confused" and expresses reservations about his potential litigation skills. It is important to consider that this is a single client's perspective, but it raises concerns about the professionalism and competence perceived by this individual.
The second review strongly advises potential clients to exercise caution and due diligence when dealing with this firm. The client recommends being "very aware of who you dealing with," asking questions, doing research, and ensuring proper representation. This feedback suggests a lack of trust or satisfaction with the services received. The client emphasizes the importance of understanding what you are paying for and cautions that paying for a service does not automatically guarantee that the attorney has your best interests at heart. This is a critical point for anyone seeking legal representation.
Given the nature of the provided client feedback, traditional "promotional information" is absent. Instead, the reviews serve as cautionary notes for potential clients. The key takeaways from the reviews that could be considered (in a negative sense) as "promotional information" to be aware of are:

Not all there! Racist woman attny? Riskety stairs to the office and I am not denigrating that aspect. The male attny was just a little confused and if that is his modus operandi then I would like to see him in the courtroom litigating.
Please be very aware of who you dealing with. Ask questions. Do your research. Make sure you are well represented and not jerked around. Know what you are paying for. Just because you’re paying for a service doesn’t mean he has your best interest at heart. Please be very aware!!!
Mr.Thomas was extremely helpful and successful in both of my tenant/landlord cases .
