Despite this initial impression, the client proceeded but experienced prolonged silence and unavailability. The reviewer states that after "months and months" of waiting and repeated calls, Jason was "NEVER in office and never bothered to call back." It was only after nearly four months that the helpful receptionists informed the client that Jason was no longer moving forward with their case. These 2 stars go for the kind and wonderful receptionists that answered the phone. As for Jason, I would give him 0 stars. The lack of communication from this attorney was unbelievable. From the initial consultation, he did not seem involved in the conversation at all, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, after giving him months and months and finally calling to receive an answer, he was NEVER in office and never bothered to call back. It wasn't until nearly 4 months later that I called that the helpful receptionists told me that Jason was no longer moving forward with my case. I would think it's important to tell someone if you are still working on their case or not. Am I wrong??? Once again, these 2 stars go to the receptionists that I wish could remember their names because they were the only helpful people at this Law Firm.

I found myself contacting the work justice law firm after many failed attempts from other law firms. Alex in particular at the work justice law firm went into detail about my case and he figured out a way for me to work my way through it successfully. I would highly recommend work justice law firm without a doubt. My case was somewhat loaded with chargeable offenses against my employer at the time so Alex worked the best angle possible producing an excellent result. Good communication and timely responses is key to a successful case and by no means did he part from that..great job. Thank you for everything!!!
