Sorry it took so long to post. Life has been busy. There is so many wonderful things to say about this law firm and I don’t even know where to begin, but first off they took a chance on me when no one else would and got me everything I could and much more. The whole staff is amazing and so kind. I felt so comfortable talking to anyone in their office. They always believed me and gave me all the tools to help my case. They fought hard for me and took all the time and researched everything to get me all I deserved. It was never about my settlement with them, it was just having Dave believe in me and always so compassionate about what I was going through. He listens and makes you feel like family! I was injured in a car accident which wasn't my fault in January of 2013. Originally I wasn't going to hire a lawyer but, after a few months of trying to deal with the other guy's insurance company, I felt the need to. I had the opportunity to use the services of David Webster due to a recent accident. He explained what we need to do in a easy to understand way, I never felt intimidated. I sustained serious injuries in June 2010 when a truck ran into my motor scooter. It was my family who suggested I might need a lawyer. Also, I am in awe of how they live what they preach. Their community involvement is impressive. They established the Restorative Mediation Project. Ken is a founder of the Pike Peak Challenge. And they are aligned with the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado and Association for Conflict resolution. This speaks volumes about them. They settled the case providing me with enough funds to cover my needs. I feel fortunate, both professionally and personally, that I had the opportunity to work with them.

My three daughters, myself and a friend of my daughter's were all involved in a serious car accident in 2007. There were 10 cars involved -- myself and my two older daughters were hurt.
