Based on the available customer reviews, the firm has garnered both positive feedback regarding their initial professionalism and partnership approach, as well as some concerns raised about declining professionalism and customer service during subsequent interactions.

Situated in Covina, The Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law, LLP likely provides a professional setting for clients to discuss their important estate planning needs. The positive review highlights a sense of partnership and thorough explanation during the trust construction process, suggesting an environment where client understanding and collaboration are initially valued. However, the negative review points to potential inconsistencies in service, particularly concerning administrative matters and client accommodation. Prospective clients may wish to inquire about the firm's current client service protocols and ensure clear communication regarding all aspects of their engagement.

Based on the firm name and the content of the reviews, The Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law, LLP appears to specialize primarily in trust and estate planning. This encompasses a range of services designed to help individuals manage and distribute their assets according to their wishes. Key areas of service likely include:

Trust Creation and Amendment: The reviews directly mention the creation and amendment of trusts, indicating this is a core service offered by The Trust Brothers. This involves drafting legal documents that specify how assets will be managed and distributed, either during the client's lifetime (in the case of living trusts) or after their passing.

Estate Planning: Trust creation is a significant component of estate planning, which also includes other crucial documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. It is reasonable to infer that The Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law, LLP provides comprehensive estate planning services to help clients protect their assets and plan for the future.

The features of The Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law, LLP, as reflected in the customer reviews, present a mixed picture for local users seeking legal assistance through the "Nearby Lawyers" platform:

Initial Professionalism and Partnership: The positive review emphasizes the professionals being "sincerely genuine" and establishing a "partnership" with the client in constructing the trust. This suggests that initially, clients can expect a collaborative and supportive approach.

Thorough Explanation and Accuracy: The positive feedback also highlights that the process was thoroughly explained, and all aspects of the trust were accurate and presented professionally. This indicates a strong attention to detail and a commitment to client understanding during the substantive legal work.

Potential Decline in Professionalism: The negative review raises concerns about a decline in professionalism over time, specifically regarding administrative tasks (like providing jump drives) and a perceived impatience with the client.

Inconsistent Customer Service: The discrepancy between the two experiences suggests a potential inconsistency in customer service, particularly concerning accommodating client requests and handling administrative details. The raised voice incident is also a significant concern regarding professional conduct.

Additional Fees Not Initially Disclosed: The issue with the unexpected charge for the jump drives at the time of signing, after payment, highlights a potential lack of transparency in initial fee discussions.

Given the mixed feedback, promotional information for The Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law, LLP should be considered cautiously. While the initial positive experience suggests a firm capable of providing excellent trust and estate planning services with a strong focus on client partnership, the subsequent negative experience raises concerns about potential inconsistencies in customer service and professionalism. Local users are encouraged to contact The Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law, LLP directly at (626) 331-1515 or +1 626-331-1515 to inquire about their current service standards, fee structures, and client communication protocols. It would be prudent for potential clients to have a thorough discussion about all potential costs and administrative procedures upfront to ensure a clear understanding and avoid unexpected issues.

For individuals and families in Covina and the surrounding Los Angeles County area seeking trust and estate planning services through the "Nearby Lawyers" platform, The Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law, LLP presents a firm with reported strengths in initial professionalism and thorough legal work. However, potential clients should be aware of the concerns raised in a more recent review regarding customer service and administrative handling. It is recommended to engage in detailed discussions with the firm about their current practices and ensure all expectations are clearly communicated and agreed upon before proceeding with their services. Weighing both the positive and negative feedback will be crucial in making an informed decision about whether The Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law, LLP is the right fit for your estate planning needs.

My first Trust Amendment was a great experience with the Trust Brothers. They were personable, patient and professional. I even referred a close friend. The second trust amendment was a bad experience. The change requests were sent via email. With those changes I requested additional jump drives (6, one for each grandchild that I was adding to the trust). At the signing they advised me that they didn't make the copies of drives, (don't think they wanted to be bothered) and if I wanted them there would be an additional charge of $4.00 each when I had just completed my zelle payment. I felt they should have added the drive fee to their total charges initially. When leaving, I told them I felt they should have accommodated me. One brothers said in a raised voice that he would do it since I was complaining so much. Also, I paid with Zelle and it was taking me some effort and time to complete the transaction, and I could feel their impatience. They seemed to want to be done with me ASAP. I am saddened that their professionalism has declined from our first meeting five years ago.

A home-run for the Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law! These professionals are just that, pros. Rory and Ryan are sincerely genuine and professional in order of reaching the goals of their clients. Our communication and correspondence was a partnership in constructing a trust. They walked me through the process, and then on the final execution, all was thoroughly explained. Everything was accurate and presented in a top notch professional manner. This is a solid firm whom I trust.

I came here on October 30th of 2024 to have a living trust created for my mom’s estate. When we arrived the contracts had already been created from a previous meeting my mom and sister had with this law firm so the signing of necessary paperwork for the trust took less than an hour to complete, and a few weeks later we received the finalized trust by mail in a neat binder. The issue now arises from the administration of the trust due to my mom’s recent passing. I made contact the following day on a Wednesday to see what the next step was since I’ve never dealt with this nor was I told at our original meeting of how it all worked once the trustor passes. No one answered so I left a voicemail. Friday came around and I hadn’t heard back, so I left another voicemail. I made one final attempt the next Monday. Finally the following Tuesday they emailed me telling me if I wanted to administer the trust myself they would forward me a checklist which I later realized was too much of a burden for me to do myself. A few days later I inquired about having them email a digital copy of the trust since it wasn’t included in the original binder to start interviewing other possible law firms since I didn’t see them too eager to want to help. After again not hearing back, I reached out by email one last time to ask about having them administer the trust but have yet to hear back on any of my last emails. At this point I’m done wanting to give them business and will look elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism.
