The Moore Law Group Introduce
The Moore Law Group, situated at 3710 S Susan St in Santa Ana, CA 92704, is listed under the 'Nearby Lawyers' category, suggesting they provide legal services to the local community. Based on the limited information available from online reviews, it appears that The Moore Law Group may operate in the realm of debt-related legal matters, potentially acting as a law firm that also engages in debt collection activities. This dual role can sometimes lead to unique interactions with individuals who are facing financial obligations.
The environment and professionalism of The Moore Law Group, as perceived by individuals who have interacted with them, present a mixed picture based on the two available reviews. One reviewer describes a negative experience, citing rudeness and unprofessionalism from a staff member over the phone. This individual reported difficulties in communication and expressed concerns about dishonesty, even suggesting that call recordings be reviewed by a judge. The reviewer's strong negative sentiment and use of terms like "ghetto" to describe the unprofessionalism paint a concerning picture of their interaction with the firm. They also explicitly state their belief that The Moore Law Group operates as a collection agency that pursues legal action in-house, identifying their primary function as debt collection rather than traditional legal representation.
In stark contrast, another reviewer shares a positive experience with The Moore Law Group. This individual, who received paperwork regarding an important business matter (potentially a debt), recounts a phone interaction with a staff member on March 17, 2025. They describe being treated like a VIP and as a person, highlighting the understanding, compassion, and integrity shown by the office team. The staff member reportedly explained the process clearly, leading the reviewer to express gratitude for the positive approach in addressing their business. This review emphasizes respectful treatment and a helpful demeanor from the team at The Moore Law Group, suggesting a commitment to working constructively with individuals facing financial issues.
The services offered by The Moore Law Group appear to be related to addressing outstanding debts. They send paperwork regarding business matters, which could indicate involvement in debt collection or legal proceedings related to debt recovery. As the first review suggests, they may handle their own lawsuits related to debt. The second review implies they engage in communication and explanation of processes related to these matters. It is important for local users to understand that a law firm engaged in debt collection may have a different dynamic in its interactions compared to a firm primarily focused on representing individuals in other legal matters.
One potential feature of The Moore Law Group, suggested by the second review, is a capacity for understanding and compassionate communication when dealing with individuals facing financial obligations. The reviewer specifically praised the team for treating them with respect and explaining the process involved in resolving their business matter. This positive aspect indicates that at least some interactions with the firm can be handled with professionalism and a focus on finding constructive solutions. However, this contrasts sharply with the experience described in the first review, highlighting a potential inconsistency in their customer service or the nature of interactions depending on the circumstances.
Promotional information is limited to the implication that they are a law firm handling business matters, likely related to debt. The second reviewer's positive experience could be seen as an indirect promotion of their approach to working with individuals to resolve outstanding issues. They encourage others facing similar issues to believe in a positive outcome and to treat professionals with respect, implying that such an approach can lead to constructive engagement with The Moore Law Group. However, the significant discrepancy between the two reviews necessitates a cautious and balanced perspective.
For local users in Santa Ana who have received communication from The Moore Law Group or are considering engaging their services, it is crucial to be aware of these contrasting experiences. If the matter pertains to a debt, understanding the firm's potential dual role as both a law firm and a collection agency is important. Potential clients may want to inquire specifically about the nature of their representation and the processes involved. The positive review suggests that respectful communication can lead to a constructive interaction, while the negative review raises concerns about professionalism and transparency in certain situations.
To make an informed decision, local users may want to consider contacting The Moore Law Group directly at (800) 506-2652 or +1 800-506-2652 to discuss their specific situation and understand how the firm operates. Asking about their areas of practice, their approach to client communication, and their processes for handling cases similar to their own would be prudent. Additionally, seeking information from other sources or individuals who have dealt with The Moore Law Group could provide further insights into their practices.
In conclusion, The Moore Law Group in Santa Ana appears to be involved in legal matters related to debt, potentially acting in both a legal and debt collection capacity. Reviews from individuals who have interacted with the firm present conflicting experiences, with one highlighting significant issues with professionalism and communication, while the other praises their understanding and respectful approach. For local users in the 'Nearby Lawyers' category considering The Moore Law Group, it is essential to approach with caution, consider both positive and negative feedback, and conduct thorough due diligence by directly contacting the firm and inquiring about their specific services and practices relevant to their legal needs.

Bad company. I called to dispute and sent 2 emails with attachments and the lady on the phone I will not state her name stated there are to many emails to go through. She was rude and not professional I asked to speak with a manager. When the manager looked there were no emails. I looked in my emails it went to the wrong address. I emailed with the manager on the phone and waited for her to receive. I asked her why did the other lady say there were to many emails to look at if my emails were never received. I have several emails and I really do hope they record the calls so the judge can hear how they are dishonest even when you are trying to do the right thing. Really do not know how to explain the unprofessionalism but to say ghetto. It is a collection agency that does there own in house suing and call it a law firm.

ZERO STARS FOR THE WORST SERVICE EVER! they DON'T want to get paid! after 8 PHONE CALLS to payoff an accouunt and they always magically disconnect your call! TO PAY! are you guys serious???????????? how do you make money of you dont want debtors to pay you????? why are you in business?
truthfully, don’t see how this company could stay in business. They’re trying to sue me for a payment that was made to Home Depot and proven that it was made. But yet they’re trying to sue me for 1000+ dollars for late fees and interest for money that I had paid years ago. I tell them exactly what paperwork to look at to prove my case. And We just keep having the same conversations over and over and over and over. Hours of wasted time on the phone. I Wish they had the balls to take because I have all the proof and they’re the ones that sent me the paperwork. nevertheless, if you have a problem with them, they will just shove you around from one person that has no clue what they’re talking about to another to another to another.
They came on to private property to harass my relatives by "serving paperwork" they handed it to my relative and not me ... hope you all know I'm looking to sue you guys back
