Matt Mora was the attorney on my Workman's Comp case. He is very patient and he is able to explain everything about your case in a way that you will understand. In life we can become hurt, dismayed, often forgotten sidestepped injured people and exploited by wolves in sheep’s clothing. Many of us have family’s and our lives will never be the same because of injuries. Time seems to stand still as each hold their breath and ask ourselves questions. Did I get the right person to represent my case to insure the wrong to make right? Sadly, I didn’t make the right choice at first. A YRC comrade I worked with spoke highly of Mr. Matthew Mora’s excellent service. I was reluctant at first. I had received the final paperwork that was not completed, and was missing injuries. I hadn’t received my traveling expenses for over a year or mention of it in the finalization agreement paperwork either. That was a turning point for me. I fired the nonproductive Lawyer whom worked for a firm that had affiliations with the union for representation. I now have Mr. Matthew Mora, a hero and defender of my case. I think of him as David and Goliath, Ester, and Erin Brockovich. He doesn’t give up or in, against any odds or size. I am proud to know Mr. Matthew Mora and have a security in his hands. Shortly after the conversation with Mr. Matthew Mora I received my long over due expenses for travel. Yea!!! Mr. Matthew Mora is working on my case with great strides. In my opinion, They do not honor their professional obligations, putting their clients best interests ahead of their own. No aggressive representation or advocacy for injured workers as advertised. YEARS have gone by still NO MEDICAL CARE, NO TEMPORARY DISABILITY, NO PERMANENT DISABILITY, NO MUCH NEEDED THERAPIES…NADA! They have lied 🤥, have constantly gaslit me, been incredibly disrespectful about my injuries and now disabilities, haven’t acted on my behalf , abandoned my case for months at a times, multiple times, all while I have catastrophic injuries. Case Managers appear to be extremely incompetent, disorganized, don’t keep track of my case, haven’t prepared me for important appointments, are undereducated and have zero people or professional skills but have plenty of attitude when asked about basic information. My Attorney still doesn’t know basic facts of my case, appears to would rather argue with me and talk over me, then argue for me with the opposing party. They have shown how poor their representation is to the other party by not tracking deadlines, acting or meeting deadlines.This has been the most stressful and dehumanizing experience all due to the people I entrusted to represent me and do all the things they advertise doing for clients. In my opinion, they appear to be “working” in the best interest of the opposing party, delaying constantly with their do nothing approach. Based on my experiences with them, I cannot and will not recommend them to anyone.
