The Law Offices of Goss & Fentress Introduce

When navigating the complexities of legal matters, finding a law firm that aligns with your specific needs is crucial. Within the "Nearby Lawyers" category, we aim to provide information about legal professionals who may be able to assist you. Here, we introduce The Law Offices of Goss & Fentress, situated at 5873 Allentown Rd, Camp Springs, MD 20746, USA. While specific details about the firm's office environment are not detailed online, reputable law offices typically offer a professional and private atmosphere for client consultations, ensuring a confidential space to discuss sensitive legal issues.

The Law Offices of Goss & Fentress can be reached by phone at (301) 423-3430 or via mobile phone at +1 301-423-3430. These contact details provide a direct means for individuals seeking legal assistance, particularly in the Camp Springs, Maryland area, or for those in Taiwan who may have legal matters falling under the jurisdiction where this firm operates. It is important to note that while the platform category is "Nearby Lawyers" for our local users in Taiwan, the physical location of The Law Offices of Goss & Fentress is in the United States. Their services would be most directly applicable to individuals or businesses in Taiwan with legal concerns within the state of Maryland or under relevant U.S. federal law.

Based on available customer feedback, The Law Offices of Goss & Fentress appears to handle cases related to the Social Security Administration (SSA), particularly disability claims. One customer explicitly mentioned that they handle SSA cases. However, it's important to consider the experiences shared by other clients to gain a more comprehensive understanding of their services.

One review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the firm's handling of a disability case. The client states that the lawyers have been unresponsive and have not actively moved their case forward. They also mention that Social Security has had difficulty contacting the firm, leading the client to feel they are doing all the work themselves and questioning the value of their representation. This feedback raises concerns about the firm's communication and case management in at least one instance.

In contrast, another individual who had only contacted the firm by phone reported a positive initial interaction, describing the firm's representatives as "polite and helpful." This suggests that initial contact may be positive, but it does not provide insight into the quality of their legal representation beyond the initial phone interaction.

Considering these customer reviews, it's crucial for potential clients to approach The Law Offices of Goss & Fentress with caution and to conduct thorough due diligence. The negative review highlights potential issues with communication, responsiveness, and the proactive management of disability cases. While the positive comment suggests a pleasant initial phone interaction, it lacks information about the substantive legal services provided.

When evaluating a law firm, key features to consider include their expertise in the relevant area of law, their communication practices, their track record, and their commitment to client service. In the case of The Law Offices of Goss & Fentress, the available feedback presents a mixed picture, with one client expressing serious concerns about their disability representation. Potential clients should inquire specifically about the firm's experience with cases similar to their own, their communication protocols, and their approach to client management.

Regarding promotional information, without specific details provided by the firm, we can only infer potential benefits based on their stated focus on SSA cases. For individuals in Taiwan who may have U.S. disability claims or related legal issues in Maryland, engaging a firm that specifically handles these types of cases could be beneficial. Their familiarity with Social Security Administration procedures and regulations in that jurisdiction might offer an advantage. However, the negative review serves as a critical reminder to thoroughly vet any legal representation, regardless of their stated area of expertise.

For individuals or businesses in Taiwan considering legal representation from The Law Offices of Goss & Fentress for matters related to Social Security disability or other potential legal needs in Maryland, it is strongly recommended to contact the firm directly. During an initial consultation, it is essential to ask detailed questions about their experience with similar cases, their communication practices, their fees, and to discuss the specifics of your legal situation. It would also be prudent to seek additional reviews or references if possible to gain a broader perspective on the firm's client service and legal outcomes.

In conclusion, The Law Offices of Goss & Fentress, located in Camp Springs, MD, can be contacted at (301) 423-3430 or +1 301-423-3430. They appear to handle Social Security Administration cases. However, customer feedback includes a significant negative review detailing issues with communication and case progression in a disability matter, alongside a positive comment about a helpful initial phone interaction. Potential clients, especially those in Taiwan with legal needs in Maryland, should exercise caution, conduct thorough research, and ask detailed questions before engaging their services to ensure they align with their expectations and legal requirements.

This lawyer is a horrible disability lawyer they have done nothing in my case to move it forward. I have reached out for them to do something and nothing. Social security has reached out to me multiple times because they can never reach them. I feel like I'm doing all the work myself and if that's the case I need to represent myself. I don't recommend them to anybody, because if they can do this to me imagine what they do to the rest of the clients they have.

They handle SSA cases, I can’t speak on how well they represent people who are doing SSA case because I just called them, I have never been to the office. They were polite and helpful on the phone but that’s all I know of them.

From the beginning, They did not seem genuinely interested or caring in my case. Unlike other firms, This place did not care to hear info on every specialist I see, or a complete list of medications and phone numbers. Then, when I received an important letter from disability, I scanned it to them and waited two weeks hearing nothing from them. I called the firm, and apparently someone had just straight up quit and I must have fallen through the cracks. Who knows how long it would have been, if they would have ever even gotten back to me at all. Completely unprofessional. I am switching back to a different firm. When I called to withdraw representation, again, they were unprofessional. We were about to get off the phone, but I had one more question, and lady said "Thanks!" (sarcastically) and HUNG UP ON ME! I called her back and she claims she just hit the wrong button. But you wouldn't say "thanks" in that matter if you were about to continue the conversation. It sounds like an office with a lot of issues, and now this poor lady has to carry the burden of the cases the lady who quit was handling. Be warned!

Worst law firm ever! My original lawyer left the firm & I was NEVER notified. I only spoke to my new lawyer a few days before my hearing. When I would call I had to speak with Cory, who was always short, snippy & entirely too much attitude. When I refused to deal with him any longer I was given over to his boss, vicki. Who didn't care at all about the way he treated clients. She even seemed offended I had a problem with him. Afterwards my calls were not answered or even returned, BY vicki. I only spoke with my lawyer, the 2nd one, once on the phone & once at my hearing. My case has been with them for about 2 years. THIS FIRM TRULY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.

They don't get any stars from me, but the system MADE ME CHOOSE... Vicki the Manager decided to drop my appeals case a month before it was heard. How professional? Never use these people. They don't return phone calls, when you do call them in Virginia Beach, their rude and cocky over the phone. A very emotional and not so 'happy' team. I'm just saying, I just started writing. A brand is built on your clients, REMEMBER THAT!!!!
