Desmond Kolke has a heart for justice and taking care of his clients. I first started working with him almost a year ago in what seemed like a simple case. It has not been. And yet, Mr. Kolke has worked tirelessly on this case and the continuing issue. He gives sound legal advice. I've seen him in court and he handles himself professionally without allowing the other side to throw him off. When something appeared to go one way at first but then took a turn, he never missed a beat. He is smart, kind, quick, and observant. I'm blessed to have Desmond Kolke in my corner.
Absolutely Horrible….we paid Desmond $10k just to help us fight paying POST secondary child support to a money hungry, lazy ex who spends her money on Botox and hair extensions, chooses not to work, has received tens of thousands of dollars from unemployment and hasn’t made a house payment in two years! Yet still accuses us of being the bad guys. Desmond’s communication was poor to say the least - no communication for weeks - no returned phone calls or emails, adding stress to a stressful situation. Desmond pushed out our court date just to get paid more. Now we’re out $10,000 AND paying for what should have been $0…he did nothing, $10k for his stamp on a paper. We chose him based off great reviews but all must have been bogus, just like the his confidence and appearance of reassurance during the initial consultation. We hate Washington State and would NEVER refer Desmond to anyone - even if he has 40 blah, blah years of experience. To top it off, now she’s taking us back to court for it all again and asking for documents we gave Desmond multiple times, yet he never submitted to the court.

The family law case that he helped me with, he worked very hard and never gave up even when it looked like the court was not going to lean in my favor. He worked hard this time around to help me get custody of my daughter, and get her out of a really bad living situation with her alcoholic mother, and boyfriend. I paid desmond to take care of a simple case last year and he still has not done his job. It's been 7 months since I last talked to him and now he will not return my texts or calls. He worked for me 10 years ago and did alright, so I thought hire him again to take care of a small issue, I paid him 2500 and so far he has done nothing. I'm very unhappy and feel cheated
