I scheduled a video appointment and paid $150 to speak with a legal team. However, I only spoke with an assistant who asked several questions and mentioned they could handle our case, promising to send a contract soon. Three days later, I hadn’t received anything, so I called to follow up. I was told the legal team would call me that day. When I received the call, I was informed they hadn’t sent anything because they don’t actually handle cases like ours. This feels like a bait-and-switch. I was initially told I would speak to a lawyer, but never did. Additionally, they claimed they could take on our case, only to later tell me they couldn’t. It’s extremely unprofessional not to inform me beforehand that they don't handle our type of case, especially after saying they would during the video call.
I would not recommend this law office to anyone. Every time I call or visit, they either don’t have the correct information or give me completely conflicting details. The staff is extremely unprofessional—rude on the phone, disorganized, and they never seem to know what’s going on with my case. It’s frustrating and stressful to deal with people who are supposed to be helping you but can’t get even the basics right. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
