David and Kathryn were easy to work with and helped tremendously with my divorce being handled smoothly
I would recommend David to anyone who needs a family law attorney. David has been working with me on a divorce and custody of my 3 children. He is compassionate and patient with my situation and communication is easy. David is responsive to my questions and knowledgeable about Judges, other attorneys in the area, and family law. David is honest and I feel like he is looking out for my best interest and he has earned by respect and trust.
I would highly recommend David Masci... In October of last year I reached hoping to only need David to file with the courts and review our final agreement after going through medication which we beginning in early December. Unfortunately, mediation did not work. In February, my soon to be ex-husband broke into my home in the middle of night after drinking. A restraining order was put in place, and since then David Masci has been my right hand.. We had to fight for custody, restraining order, supervised visits and on every front David was prepared, he knew my case inside and out.. He was invested in me. He was always available and extremely professional.. We have had multiple court appearances, not to mention a 2 day trial. At every court appearance we have come out on top. My case has not been easy, my ex has gone through 3 attorneys causing more than one extension. Going through a divorce is an extremely emotional and painful experience, and you NEED someone you can trust to represent you. I trust David completely, I couldn't imagine not having him as my lawyer over last 12 months.. We are not done yet, but we are close. And I know that whatever comes our way, he will be ready for it. :-)
