I contacted the Law Office of Margaret Szymansky after my husband passed away. He passed away the day after we sold our house and the day before we were to buy our retirement house on SC coast. I had no idea what to do..how to proceed...and was an emotional wreck. With no home to go to I wound up living with my son in GA. My husband didn't have a will...would I have to file probate?
