If I could give a zero I would due to the unprofessionalism that has not changed from a previous review. Attorney Keith Miles lost a client because he responds without reading for understanding. My sister was willing to come in person with her ID because she doesn't have a relationship with LegalShield/Prepaid Legal and this attorney became rude in his communication about a general question not specific to any person that he didn't want to even find out about. Now our family who makes decisions together knowing only one POA can authorize at a time will find another attorney to ask a general question before we retain. We just buried our father (who I was his POA) a month ago and to deal with this type of behavior from someone we could potentially hire is unacceptable at any time. A review with screenshots of the texts from his portal will be made with LegalShield/Prepaid Legal as well. I recommend if you are referred to Attorney Miles to ask to speak to someone to make sure there is no misunderstanding of what you are seeking before using the portal.
