The Law Office of John T. Anderson Introduce

Within the "Nearby Lawyers" category, we present The Law Office of John T. Anderson, situated at 1741 E Wardlow Rd, Long Beach, CA 90807, USA. Based on the limited but contrasting feedback from online reviews, this law office appears to focus on estate planning, including Living Trusts and related services. Understanding the different perspectives on a law firm's services is essential for local users seeking legal assistance in this area.

While specific details about the environment of The Law Office of John T. Anderson are not extensively described in the provided reviews, law offices specializing in estate planning typically offer a private and professional setting where clients can discuss sensitive personal and financial matters with confidentiality. Located on East Wardlow Road in Long Beach, the office likely provides a space conducive to consultations regarding wills, trusts, and estate administration.

The services offered by The Law Office of John T. Anderson, as indicated by the client reviews, primarily revolve around estate planning. One positive review specifically mentions the firm helping the client's parents with their Living Trust. Following the parents' passing, the client experienced "a smooth and very professional experience" with the office, highlighting their kindness, supportiveness, helpfulness, and understanding during a difficult time. The review also notes the firm's efficiency and thoroughness in handling the necessary paperwork related to the estate administration process.

Living Trusts are a crucial estate planning tool that allows individuals to manage their assets during their lifetime and transfer them to beneficiaries upon death without the need for probate in many cases. The positive feedback suggests that The Law Office of John T. Anderson has experience in establishing and administering Living Trusts, providing valuable assistance to families navigating the complexities of estate planning and settlement.

However, a contrasting review presents a significantly different perspective. This review describes an interaction where the individual sought assistance regarding potential elder financial abuse involving their deceased family member, who had used John Anderson as their estate planner for decades. The reviewer alleges that when they asked a few questions seeking help, the response was that John Anderson was "too busy" and would charge $500 even for a phone call. The reviewer interpreted this as unprofessional and indicative of someone who has become "very full of himself" with "terrible service." This negative feedback also mentions John Anderson allegedly becoming angry and calling the reviewer "snarky" during the interaction.

Considering these two very different experiences, it is challenging to definitively characterize the features of The Law Office of John T. Anderson. The positive review emphasizes kindness, support, professionalism, efficiency, and thoroughness in the context of Living Trust administration after a death. This suggests a helpful and competent approach in certain estate planning matters.

On the other hand, the negative review raises concerns about the firm's responsiveness, particularly when dealing with inquiries related to past services, and suggests a lack of professionalism and empathy in at least one instance. It also hints at potential issues with accessibility and client relations in specific situations.

There is no explicit promotional information provided in the reviews. Law firms often use their websites or other marketing channels to highlight their areas of expertise, client testimonials, or any special offers. However, the limited and conflicting nature of the available feedback does not offer any clear promotional messaging.

For local users considering The Law Office of John T. Anderson for their estate planning needs, it would be prudent to contact the firm directly at their phone number: (562) 424-8619 or mobile number: +1 562-424-8619. Given the contrasting reviews, it may be beneficial to inquire about their client service philosophy and how they handle inquiries or potential issues that may arise.

In conclusion, The Law Office of John T. Anderson in Long Beach appears to specialize in estate planning, with experience in Living Trusts and estate administration. While one client review praises their professionalism, support, and efficiency during a sensitive time, another review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the firm's responsiveness and professionalism in a situation involving potential elder abuse related to the firm's past work. Local users should consider these differing perspectives and contact the Law Office of John T. Anderson directly to assess whether their services and approach align with their individual needs and expectations for estate planning assistance. I had a family member pass away last week. Unfortunately she was the victim of elder financial abuse. John assisted a trust, POA, medical directive, among many other documents, being put into the abusers names. I asked literally about 3 questions looking for a little help since he was my deceased family member’s estate planner for decades. His response was “I’m too busy, I would charge you $500 even for a phone call.” I literally asked a few questions. I then told him that other financial institutions put red flags on my family members accounts because they knew something was up in terms of abuse. John became very angry and called me snarky. He is not a professional. He’s obviously become very full of himself and has terrible service.

Use this law firm if you want your loved ones who are sick and elderly taken advantage of. These human beings who work at this law firm, a family law firm no less are disgusting. They let my grandmother dying from dementia "sign documents." They put my family through pure legal hell for two years because a care taker THEY allowed to get involved when my Grandfather was sick from cancer, Parkinson's, and dementia himself. They did not care. They soaked up estate fees and went there way. Not even a slap on the wrist for forging my grandmother's signature. Everything I say here is 100 percent true. So, I am not worried about them coming after me for slander or anything else either. Ask me about my horror story.

He was my mothers attorney. She felt very comfortable with him. He would thoroughly explain everything. He understood her and all her needs.
