I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Christina Buchan and this law office. For over 6 months, I spent countless hours on phone calls, driving from bank to bank, and meeting with numerous bank officials and had made no progress in resolving my issue. It was an enormous stress on my life and the banks were providing no support to resolve this issue that was not my fault. When I told Christina about this, she took the time to listen deeply and to understand my case. After months of stress, I was finally working with somebody who wanted to help me. It was so refreshing to have somebody like her in my corner who cared about making sure I got justice. I cannot recommend Christina and this law office enough. She is empathetic, compassionate, and a genuine advocate. I am so fortunate to have had her on my side and for the work she did to resolve my issue.
It was like pulling teeth trying to get any sort of communication. I felt like I had to micro manage because despite being paid in advance, she wasn’t aware of anything related to my case. I had to constantly reach out and advise that there was a up and coming hearing. Once receiving payment, the attorney simply lost interest. She sold one thing to get paid and then delivered something completely different, literally completely different. But I already paid, so what can you do right? Please do yourselves a favor and seek legal assistance else where, this attorney is a shark that is purely financially motivated.
Can't get a response to any emails or phone calls in the past 2 months. She got paid and never finished the job. We aren't receiving our child support and no account was set up like promised. Aurora is always in a meeting and Christina is always out of the office, we leave messages and never hear back. They were always available when they wanted a payment on the account though. Very disappointed. Will revise review if status changes.
My case was not filed after being in her office 6 months earlier. The office avoided my calls for months. When I showed up they did not even remember who I was. It took about 20 minutes for them to remember me. When they went to pull my file it was not submitted so my case was not filed. The office apologized saying they would file the case immediately. I paid in full the first month. They remembered to call for a payment several times. I had to repeatedly remind them I already paid and resent the documents every month that I paid them in full the first month. Since I left the office a second time minimal contact from them. Maybe once a month. I ended up doing the case for myself for $zero. All that was needed was a letter to Child and Family that I had full custody of my kids. Knowledge is truly power. I just got a text message from the office asking me to leave a review. What did they honestly expect me to say after such a horrible experience. Even to this day no case was ever filed. $3,500 wasted money. It took me less than a week to do the job myself and I received a letter from Child and Famiy saying my case was closed. The office had me do a hold new application and provide the same documents I gave them over 6 months ago.
