They advertise and ask you to call in with your case details. When you do, be prepared to have someone take your call, ask a few questions (cutting you off constantly), and put you on a long silent hold after a rude “hold on, hold on”. After all that I was coldly told that they are too busy and can’t assist me. Why are you taking calls and asking for a potion of my case details if you’re too busy to take any new cases? This law firm is obviously mining for “can’t miss” cases and that’s fine. But do so with some compassion and decent customer service. If you are “lucky” enough to make it pass the woman that screens your call I hope they treat you like a human being dealing with a difficult circumstance.

When I browsed the internet on medical malpractice attorney, this office popped up. I used to begin saying the appropriate salutation for the time, so when a lady answered I said good afternoon how are you doing, I usually get the common answer, but the lady said yes! Then I repeat "how are you doing?" ..... She replied " can't you hear me! I said yes!" At that point I was shocked and replied instantly:"thank you for your polite". I wonder how the employers hired someone rude without any ethical background. I leave the judgment for the readers. 3/5/16 at 5:10 pm

Lady I spoke with was fairly rude; short, interrupting me, dismissive. Hung up the phone without saying goodbye or anything. Didn't give me a positive feeling from the onset of the call.

Terrible staff. They ask you about your case and then set up an appoint ment with a case manager who then denies everything that was said. waste of time. Only interested in Brain Injuries and Birth issues. Save your time and find a better firm...

I called Bruce Fagel, who has his JD and MD. People like him do not accept clients unless they know the lawsuit is typically worth millions of dollars and this is what the woman who answered the phone at his office told me this morning. I wouldn't want to see him as he apparently is only in malpractice for the money and I find that goes against my ethics. I'm sure he doesn't think of it in that way but I do. An ambulance chaser...

Understanding the features and highlights of any legal firm is crucial for potential clients. Based on publicly available information and client feedback, The Law Office of Bruce G. Fagel & Associates presents several aspects that define their operational approach. While every firm has its unique way of doing business, these points can help local Californians form an informed opinion.
Features / Highlights:
- Specialization in Certain Case Types: The firm appears to focus on specific areas of law, such as personal injury and medical malpractice, which suggests a concentrated expertise in these fields.
- Advertising for Case Submissions: They actively encourage individuals to call in with their case details, indicating a proactive approach to client acquisition and an interest in evaluating a wide range of potential cases.
- Central Sacramento Location: Being situated in the U.S. Bank Plaza in downtown Sacramento offers a convenient and professional meeting point for clients across the region.
- Large-Scale Operations: The firm's advertising reach and the nature of their intake process suggest they handle a significant volume of inquiries, indicating a well-established operation.
- Selective Case Acceptance: Based on client experiences, the firm appears to be selective in the cases they choose to represent, likely focusing on those that align with their specific criteria or have a high probability of success.
- Initial Consultation Process: The firm initiates contact with prospective clients through a call-in system where case details are discussed with an intake person.
Regarding promotions or special offers, The Law Office of Bruce G. Fagel & Associates primarily advertises an invitation for individuals to call in with their case details. This acts as an initial point of contact for prospective clients to discuss their legal matters. While not explicitly a "promotion" in the traditional sense of a discount, the firm's model suggests that the initial case review or consultation is offered without an upfront charge for the assessment itself. This is a standard practice in many personal injury and medical malpractice firms, where attorneys work on a contingency fee basis, meaning they only get paid if they win the case. Therefore, for potential clients, the "offer" is the opportunity to have their case reviewed by the firm without immediate financial commitment. It's important for callers to understand that this initial review is to determine if the firm can take on their case, rather than providing extensive legal advice during the first call. This approach allows the firm to screen cases efficiently while offering a pathway for individuals to seek preliminary guidance on their legal concerns.
For those in California seeking to contact The Law Office of Bruce G. Fagel & Associates, their contact information is straightforward and designed for accessibility. Their primary method of contact for initial inquiries appears to be via telephone, as emphasized in their advertising.
