Don’t use this guy. He makes you feel stupid and puts you down for not being “prepared” for the phone consultation. In fact, he wasn’t even prepared himself by calling late AND didn't review any of the documents I sent over that would be discussed. It’s a vulnerable time in someone’s life and already hard to get help. Instead, you’re treated as if you’re a nuisance. Then getting off the phone??? Literally sounded happy to get off the phone with you. “Ok thanks, byeee!!” That’s how he sounded when he got off the phone with me. Absolutely no compassion. No empathy. You’re just another job. I don’t know how this man is in business. After reading the reviews, seems to be that the men are treated better than the women.

Despite my efforts to resend them, he claimed not to have received my emails multiple times. He did not follow through on settling the matter and did not appear for my court hearing. He then demonstrated unfamiliarity with my case and emails by asking me to provide information I had already sent multiple times. I am unsure if he is experiencing personal issues, but I would NOT suggest hiring him.

I'm not sure what they're on about. Andrew viola represented me perfectly in family court. The mother of my child tried the old "I didn't get the paper work" too like that lady.... but somehow knew the updated child support? Anyway, I plan to use Mr viola again for estate planning at the very least. And would recommend him to anyone unfamiliar with the family court systems.

Good law firm to handle routine matters. Andrew has handled a few of my legal matters with no problems and reasonable outcomes. The legal process is unavoidably slow, but when I asked for status I often received them within a few days and my expectations were set accordingly.

I used him for a small claims against a former landlord and he was awful. I sent him photos and emails as evidence prior to the hearing that he asked me for in the middle of the mediation stating he didn't get them. He charged me to look through everything though and then told me later that he did indeed have it. He was completely unprepared at the mediation that it was embarrassjng. He never reached out to the defendant or his lawyer who apparently was willing to settle prior to the hearing.Do not use him. I would have done better myself.
