We hired Max with high hopes based on his bold assurances and confidence in our case. He repeatedly stated that our case was easier than others he had successfully worked on and was confident we would get approved. Unfortunately, despite his strong reassurances, my dad's green card application was denied. After that, he also assured us there would be no issue securing a tourist visa for my dad, yet that too was denied. Beyond the disappointing results, we were especially frustrated by the lack of effort on his part considering the substantial fee we paid. It felt like we were mostly paying for his confidence rather than actual work or strategic guidance. He missed things that we needed prior to interviews like police clearance certificates and making sure my dad was fully prepared for anything in the interview. We understand that no attorney can guarantee outcomes, but we expected a lot more than just words. If you're looking for someone who will put in real work and offer realistic expectations, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
