Lance and his team have been life savers for my family and I. I can not put into words how amazing they have all been, throughout one of the toughest most heart wrenching battles I've ever faced. Lance is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. He communicates everything and takes the time to explain it all. His support staff is the same way. I have told him personally, but I feel that everyone should know. I look at Lance and his team as Guardian Angels, to this day I don't know what made me call his law firm, but I do know that it was the best decision I ever made when it comes to this situation. Thank you Lance for being ever diligent, kind, and understanding through everything that has happened thus far!

Wow, I didn't think it was possible to experience so much rudeness in 3 minutes on the phone. I called to set-up a consultation with the Entrekin Law Firm and the receptionist was firing off rapid fire questions. I was providing her answers and could tell that she didn't have sufficient legal understanding. I explained that the malpractice was a statute of limitations issue and she asked why my current attorney didn't fix it. Not sure how she was expecting my current attorney to change the statute or the ruling dismissing claims because of a SOL issue. She responded "this is not a case we will handle" with no explanation and refusal to answer any follow-up questions. Any subsequent questions were responded to with the same answer, "this is not a case we will handle." It's a bummer that because we were talking with someone without sufficient legal understanding (granted it is a complex case, which is why I thought Mr. Entrekin could be a good fit), she denied our ability to even talk with Mr. Entrekin. On paper Mr. Entrekin seems like a knowledgeable attorney, but if he allows someone to 1.) treat prospective clients rudely and 2.) make decisions on prospective cases without sufficient legal understanding; I can't imagine it would get better once the Entrekin Law Firm had our business. Perhaps this is actually a gift, and we dodged a bullet, because I would be even more unhappy as a paying client to be treated this way by Mr. Entrekin's staff.
Called me rudely when I have been trying to find an attorney for a legal malpractice lawsuit. The person on the other line was immediately defensive and extremely unprofessional and rude and after I explained my situation she asked me "well did you call them to have them fix it?! It's called communication!" And I was thrown off with how rude she was at me for no reason. So I told her no and told her I would call my old attorney. My old attorney told me they wouldn't fix it so I called this lady back to tell her that my attorney had told me no thinking she would help me but she rudely said again "I told you we wouldn't help you! Mark Entrekin off your list we won't help you!" Well you most definitely won't be receiving my business and hopefully this review helps others to see the very unprofessional, rude and uncalled for actions by your attorney. Do not use this law firm! *Update* now they're calling my review one of "vexation" (wow a big word I'm so scared) and that I shouldn't give a review because I was never their client. I don't have to be a client to have a bad experience with your company. I simply called to ask if they would take on my case and for help and the lady on the other line was rude, unprofessional and of no help. CUSTOMER SERVICE is important no matter what and it's uncalled for to be mean and rude for no reason. This law firm obviously has passive aggressive/anger management issues with their phone operator and now Google review responses. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
