Gavin Elliot is a gentleman & a scholar!!!! I was being forced by my siblings to sell all 3 of my grandparents' properties. Gavin stepped in & helped me to keep one of the properties in the family. He made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. Gavin is someone you would want in your corner when fighting legal battles. And his assistant, Jordan is such a sweet person. From beginning to end, Gavin and his team were excellent to work with. During the initial consultation Gavin was thorough in his questioning and efficiently worked to understand the situation. He was personable and showed passion for my case. Initially, the consult was just for information so I could determine how to handle my predicament. Within a couple months he and his team were hired to deal with a situation that had escalated to the point I could no longer handle it on my own. There were multiple factors and a couple different parties we were dealing with. He was able to keep track of the details and moving parts. We also worked as a team as the situation shifted because I understood that ultimately I had to keep track of the details too. In the end, he stood in the gap, was extremely informative all the way through, put me at ease during the decision making process, and was able to guide me on when to act swiftly and when I could be patient during the process. I highly recommend Gavin and his team for all aspects of business litigation and bankruptcy situations.
