My real estate development company recently hired The Dunn Law Group for legal assistance on what I considered a fairly complex commercial closing. Within minutes of our first meeting they quickly understood, and articulated back to me, what my concerns and goals were. They also made me aware of some areas of concern I had not raised and strategies we could use to fewer reduce my risk. The entire process went very smoothly. Their depth of experience was clearly apparent, but there were two ancillary areas that impressed me the most. Their responsiveness was better than any attorney group I have worked with. Getting a quick response, either with the answer or a time frame (that was met) when I would have the final response, allowed me to check the item off my list and move on. They made my job easier and gave me confidence that the work was being done in a professional manner. The next pleasant surprise came when the bill arrived. I knew that they offered an affordable rate, but I did not expect their billable hours to be so reasonable. Sure, it was still a bill I had to pay, but it showed to me that they had the experience and knowledge to get the job done efficiently. I have since transitioned the majority of my real estate legal work over to The Dunn Law Group and have already referred my friends to them. I highly recommend The Dunn Law Group.

Had an unfortunate experience with Matt Dun. He is interested in money only without a quality representation. At first he will promise you the world making you believe that his wishful thinking has nothing to do with the reality. Be aware to always ask about the cons as Matt failed to tell you that there are a lot of limitations that Matt can actually handle. Then he backs up without providing the right information throws blames at you, overcharging you and demands money. He threatens to sue you if you do not pay, forgetting that we pay for competence and trustworthy service that he failed to provide. He is unethical, incompetent, not a trusted attorney. Walk away.
