Excellent attorney and wonderful law firm. Helped my husband & myself out so much with a creditor. Creditor was suing us and Dan DeLiberty won the case!!!! We would have owed $30,000 if it wasn't for DeLiberty Law Firm. So nice and professional. Would definitely use them again. Would give 10 starts if possible!!!! Many Thanks to reducing a $30,000 debt from a creditor to $0.00!!!!

Dan said he would help me with an issue regarding Verizon. I had a full call with him, sent him needed documents through text and email as requested- was told he would advise on next steps. I then reminded him and the office 3 or so times that I needed next steps to move forward. They told me to resend the documents. I sent them. Unreachable, seemingly unorganized. Unreliable.

This was a very stressful situation, over an old judgement case. It’s reassuring to have a lawyer like Dan, who is both knowledgeable, supportive and personable, on my side. Especially in a challenging, long-standing cases, was a great relief. Dan called me and told the company closed down and out of business, not allowed to collect money nor sell the debt by law. I’m thrilled to know that Dan’s also addressing my emotional well-being in this matter. Dan has been very attentive, responsive and engaged throughout my case. At that point, was when I wanted to leave my review. I will leave an updated review when as I get the addressing results.

Run. Don’t walk to this law firm! Run! They are the absolute best at what they do and are beyond professional and helpful! Attorney Dan (the founder) is SO nice and knowledgeable regarding his work and shares this with his clients. He actually takes the time to really listen to you and understand the situation and then he sets a legal strategy in motion to help legally resolve your woes. His communication is prompt and thorough and most importantly he keeps track of your case so well!! Having been on active duty and working with so many professional individuals, it was an absolute honor and true privilege to have this firm and this attorney actually help me.
