Horrible matter fact NO communication at all I am currently a client and I have to call for an update not 1 attorney has attempted to call me this far I really wish I had a different representative. My injury case was closed in October of 2024 and here it is March 2025 and they claimed they still collecting doctors bills and still I have to call for an update.
It is with great pleasure that I write this review. I am so very pleased with the way my case was handled by April Aiossa. She is professional and a well knowledgeable attorney. I highly recommend this company for future clients. They won't disappoint 👍
April Aiossa was a very good lawyer for our case. I was very pleased with the way she handled my case. She told me that she would do her best to make sure I was taken care of. She found a good doctor close to my home. The insurance company offered a very low amount and she advised not to accept it if you don't like it. Didn't like it at all. The next offer was much better. When she smiled at the next appointment, I knew then it was good. I had a check in 17 days and it was right on time. If I know of anyone looking for a good lawyer, it will be April Aiossa that I am telling them to call. 5 STARS.....
Receptionist is ignorant. Always gives me a hard time. This use to be a good law firm to hire. Now there service is poor based upon lack of communication, deficient desire to interact with current customers and failure to speak clearly with sufficient cadence via phone. The receptionist that answers the phone refuses to talk instead she whispers. She pretends to not have the capability of hearing anything you say to her and eventually terminates the call. In result I have had to call other offices beyond there Chicago location to get someone competent and compassionate about their role of employment. I am currently injured as a result of my collision. I would like to take my case to court. However I will more than likely settle as quickly as possible just to cut ties with the aiosso law firm. I am extremely disappointed and I do not see any business interactions between us in the future under no circumstances. So keep running returning patrons away. Eventually you won’t have a phone to answer because no one will be calling.
