If you are searching for a medical malpractice attorney, this firm is for you! I spoke with multiple attorneys that told me I did not have a case. Just when I was giving up hope, I came across TT&J’s information. This group of attorneys and their team is amazing. They all genuinely care about their clients. They go above and beyond and addressed all of my needs and 50 million questions. What I most love about them is every call and email was answered almost immediately and that is something I have never experienced with other attorneys. Charles is absolutely amazing and really goes above and beyond with managing your case and getting to know you as a person. Not only did Charles win my case but he also got it settled out of court. I never thought this case would end. The other attorney and his client gave us the run around and kept dodging calls and making excuses. Even when I was ready to give up Charles was wouldn’t allow me too and was hell bent on getting me the compensation he thought I deserved. Called, they had their "intake" staff member get information to process, then she sends it to a paralegal. I had to make several calls to get updates since they didn't get a call back they said they would. Paralegal sent information to another staff member that declined us, we never got the opportunity to have that free consultation or conversation with the actual attorney. We were referred by a well known attorney that said they were great and take care of us or at minimum listen to what we had to say.... Bummer it wasn't our experience.
