We have been under the care of Attorney Wrobel and his team and boy what a great team of support they have. We just finished selling an inherited property that has been plagued with issues from being run down in structure, to squatter issues and many more. Yes it’s in the heart of San Francisco but it was very complicated to sell to say the least. We just finished everything, trying to sell a complicated property in San Francisco. I was referred to Mr. Wrobel through the San Francisco Bar association to help me manage an out of state estate probate. Being out of state, we had to manage all communications vie email and phone calls. Mr.Wrobel was extremely accessible and responsive. Calls were returned the same day, often within hours and he called to follow up after hours on multiple occasions to keep me posted on progress. After weeks of sorting through various accounts, we ended up discovering an additional beneficiary and determined that probate would no longer be necessary. Instead of just turning away to address other (more lucrative) clients, he took the time to walk me through the small claims process and provide the relevant paperwork I needed to proceed on my own! His instructions were very clear and he was very thorough in explaining the processes to me. In addition, he set very clear expectations on how long the processes can take and what challenges to expect. I felt we I was in great hands the entire time.
