  • We have rented from Jeffrey Strange for 3 years and never had a problem. As a matter of fact because we were good renters and he knew we had some business issues he did not raise our rent when everyone we know had big increases. The building is well kept whenever we need something he and Joe get it handled almost immediately. They have never been rude to us, just the opposite a great landlord. No slipping on the snow, etc. The best landlord we have ever rented from. I highly recommend renting from them and you will be very satisfied and feel safe.
  • I was shown three apartments that Jeffrey owns by a nice man named Joe. He showed me three apartments for the same solid price of $825. I was told to make the deposit of $850 today and G9 will be mine until I'm ready to move in by June 1st. When trying to go to Jeffrey's office to make a deposit to hold the apartment i wanted i was told three different prices for all three apartments shown. In conclusion none of the apartments were $825. Not even the small studio (which reeked like smoke because the two neighbors smoke in that building.) But he was GENEROUS enough to take off the $25 off one of the apartments still making it $125 more than what i was told. When finally getting a hold of Jeffrey instead of speaking through his nice receptionist i was rudely spoken to when i confronted him with his mistakes. He blamed me. Denied the mishap. As well as hung up on me. Now thats what i call welcoming and top of the line customer service. That is exactly how to make a sale. Thank you for saving me from the mistake i was about to make by moving into this building and having to deal with a despicable human being like you.
