This Attorney was hired by our HOA Management Company. The worst representation ever! Cases sitting on his desk for over 2yrs waiting on him to take action, then when he does, he double bills you because he made a clerical error on the filings. How incompetent does one have to be. Then when the Management Company terminates their representation of our HOA, he jumps on the bandwagon and backdates his letter to the date of theirs, leaving our open cases, just that .."Open"!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS Shyster!!!!
Jim has worked with my family for years on several real estate closings and his service is spot on. If youre looking for someone that is accurate and responsive, give Jim a call.
This man is a charlatan. He sues his next door neighbors. He uses the law for his own purposes to harangue his neighbors. I have reported him to the ARDC and they have done nothing to rein him in. Hire him at your own risk!
