I had an immediate question regarding tenants I’m dealing with and Daniel took the call and spent 20 minutes answering my question and had the integrity to advise that retaining him likely didn’t make fiscal sense given the amount of money at play. As a lawyer myself, I totally get that but it’s rare to find a lawyer who advises similarly and it was VERY refreshing. I highly recommend Stoner Law given their true client-centric approach and will also gladly refer the firm when my clients have real estate litigation needs.

Well this is what it’s come down to. I’m creating a review to hopefully get the outcome I paid for months ago. I am writing this review in hopes that no one ever has to experience what I have with this office. I initially contacted Stoner Law Offices in November of 2023 from a google review search. I was in search of an attorney who handled real estate matters. When I called, I spoke with Mr. Stoner himself and explained my need for services. He explained that his office could handle the matter and stated the office would be sending over a contract and payment link. The contract and payment link were sent promptly and paid promptly. I didn’t hear anything for about 2 weeks, so I called to follow up, I was told my case was assigned to a Kenneth Snyder. I briefly spoke with him and then sent over any and all pertinent documentation to help file the motion per his request. Kenneth Snyder never reached out to me after that. I always had to follow up and reach out to him. Calls went unanswered and unreturned. The receptionist, Jessica would take messages and tell me he said he will call or email me within a specific timeframe and I would NEVER hear from him. When I did speak with him he always over promised and under delivered. To this date, I still haven’t heard from him or received an email since 2/16. The entire issue I hired them for, is a time sensitive matter and should’ve been filed as soon as the appropriate documentation was received. I myself, own three businesses and would never treat any customers in this manner. It’s just bad business. If someone pays for a service, it should be done in a reasonable time frame and communication should be clear. So if you’re looking for an attorney for real estate matters, DO NOT hire this company unless you have money to waste or aren’t in a rush.
