Steven Tedeschi led us thru two complicated and involved real estate transactions in the most friendly, personal and yet highly professional manner. Mr. Tedeschi of this law firm had his clients enter into a contract to purchase real estate, request repairs, have those repairs completed, then attempt to throw around his law degree and bully his way out of the contract and refuse to honor it. Then, instead of compensating for the holding time and wasted capital caused by his clients bad behavior (that he advised), he encouraged his clients to spend even more with his law firm and file a special civil case over their deposit return. So, if you are someone buying a home and want to get yourself sued look no further than Mr. Tedeschi. He finds it advisable to spend $1500 in paying him, instead of less than that to cover a months holding costs when his clients break a perfectly binding contract. He even admitted to not fully keeping his clients in the loop about his transgressions behind the scenes creating legal issues for them. Now, his clients are getting counter sued and he is jumping for joy to rake in the dough. Pick lawyers who keep you our of lawsuits, not encourage you to get in one, especially over a few grand. This is ethical lawyering 101. Very sad person hungry for work.
