THEY NEVER HELP ALWAYS PASS THE BUCK AND WONT EVER TAKE ANY CASE IVE EVER ASKED THEM FOR HELP WITH, NOT FOR ME OR ANYONE I KNOW... WHAT SOOOOO THEY DO ANYWAYS ??? IVE PRESENTED NUMEROUS VALID CASES AND NOT ONCE HAVE THEY EVER TAKEN ANY OF THEM OVER THE YEARS !!!

The attorney I spoke with was very nice and helpful, with much needed information, but since they are extremely short on housing attorney's, they couldn't actually help with representing me. Although, the attorney did give me resource websites, to try to help me proceed with my legal issue on my own. Unfortunately, people never seem to take a random person as serious as they do an attorney representing that random person! (Being short on attorney's, is the reason for the review not being 5 stars.)

Had a question about a collection letter that did not apply. If you need free advice and meet the low income requirements, you can speak with an attorney. They were patient and explained that this letter should not apply to my situation. They answered my concern and said not to reply which was a sigh of relief!

This is one of the best places to turn for legal help with critical issues if you cannot afford to hire an attorney. I looked at all of the reviews here and the only negative reviews appear to have been from people that did not get a call back or who were not a good fit for the type of services they needed. However, every review from someone who was represented here is a five star and there is a reason for that this place actually cares and invests in their clients even if they do not have money to pay and that is a very rare thing. I don't take it for granted and thank you SMRLS!
